Emergeny trip

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a family in the hospital and needed to stay longer they helped us. Was easy to get to and from hospital.

I feel that there maybe could use a few more places to plug in We had cpaps and then had trouble charging phones as there was only one other pllug in.

Unprofessional staff and just plain trashy. We will never stay in a Baymont again.

Breakfast was sufficient. The location was convenient to the expressway

Front desk man was repulsive. Dirty and smelly and acted like he could care less about doing his job. Lazy. Was eating a sandwich twice when we approached him.

It was a step up from having to sleep in the car.

The price

No one at check-in when we arrived, plexiglass between us and the desk person, humid inside, smelled like marijuana, could see into the hallway on the sides of the room door, allowed smoking right outside the front and back doors.

Wasn’t any personnel at front desk when I was getting ready to check out.

I left before breakfast was served wishing it would’ve been a little earlier.

Not at all like the last time we stayed here. Last time was much better

Nice big bed but pillows were awful

Needs to have ice machine on each floor and thought I was getting a room with a jacuzzi tub

Horrible experience

I lived within 40 miles of this property according to my drivers license. I did not have $250 cash to pay the required deposit. I could not get a refund and was unable to stay. I have a $50,000 credit limit discover card and lost $89 because I only on $54 cash on me. I was fleeing an abusive situation and Booking and Baymont made it worse

$250 cash deposits if your license state you live within 40 miles. I am a 60 yr old that was denied a safe place to stay

It was adequate but I expected it to be much better.

At this point in time I feel we will not at this facility.

Breakfast was okay, the choices were limited, the area was clean and staff in the area were friendly, and appeared to happy and busy keeping things cleaned and fresh.

That we ask for two rooms together and was not even on the same floor. The hotel did not appear to be anywhere close to full .

walked in the room and it was 80+ degrees, the floor, chair and bed were all wet, and it smelled absolutely terrible.

8 days after checkout I am still waiting on the monetary hold to be released from my account. I was assured this would only take a couple of days. Of the 9 hotels I stayed in during my trip to the US I did not have this problem anywhere else

The absolute worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

First we got there and they change our rooms twice. They put us in a room with someone already in it. Then we finally got a room that was available and it didn’t have any cold water in the room therefore we could not flush our toilet. We had to pour water into the tank with our ice bucket to be able to flush.

everything was very comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly service and plenty of parking! not too far from Bass Pro. Close to W.F. Cody's, best burger around!! plenty of restaurant choices around!!

Great stay for great price!

The location is easy to find and has several restaurants surrounding it and a grocery store across the street.

Pool room had several chained shut doors and looked like it needed new windows or an overall update.

Disappointed in this Baymont Motel

The motel and room smelled like air freshener, so badly I had to go buy a $100 air purifier and run it for hours while we left the motel to let the room air out so we could stay the night in the room.

Lobby was very small, elevator made a lot of noise. It wasn’t dirty but the pictures made it seem a little more high end than it was.

The breakfast was good!

I got charged on 2 cards! Then you all refunded one card. Then the next day the refunded was taken back and I was still charged 2 times for 1 room!!! Not happy and not good costumer services at all!! Management you can't get ahold easy at all!!!!
