I would never make this mistake again.

The proximity to the airport was great. It is located literally steps away from the parking garage of the airport.

The property hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. The carpet was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made getting ready following a shower difficult. The door to the room had a chain lock as the secondary lock that fell off in my daughter’s hand when she tried to use it. The hotel smells old and musty from the time you walk in the doors.

es frente al aeropuerto de Fresno

MUY VIEJO ESE HOTEL, NO DORMÍ EN TODA LA NOCHE, ME SENTÍ INSEGURA EN EL PRIMER PISO, ADEMAS HABÍA MUCHO RUIDO DE LAS OTRAS HABITACIONES DE LAS VOCES, DEL TV, CUANDO CAMINABAN SONABA EL PISO COMO SI SE FUERA A CAER. Además tuve que pedir cambio de habitación 2 veces y la recepcionista me mandó a la habitación más lejana del hotel viendo que iba con una niña pequeña y dos maletas. también me cobraron un depósito de daños por adelantado que descontaron de mi tarjeta.

Convenient for airport, shuttle 24 hours or they offer to pay for a taxi if it is not running

A bit musty /old carpet smelling room poorly insulated for sound from the surrounding rooms

I would never stay there again!

Staff did their best in a terrible situation

Our first room carpet was filthy and disgusting, black greasy stains. Bathroom sink was dirty. Main restroom by bar had what is described as “a crack light” left on the countertop. Floor was dirty.

Probably will not stay here again

Breakfast was good. Lobby was really nice. Staff was friendly.

Grounds needed updating. We where on the 2nd floor and the Windows looked like they havent been cleaned for a long time(outside window sill was nasty)Rooms need updating. The carpet was nasty,stained and looked and felt like gum stuck to it. The pool n spa was closed, very disappointing and where not informed of that when booking! Location was fine but the homeless living across the street was unsettling.

Needs help

Staff was pleasant, but there was a waitress who was extremely helpful and nice. I didn't get her name, but she told us where the pool was, and while we were eating our breakfast, she went to find out if the pool was open, but it wasn't.

Carpets were filthy, no clock in the room people were partying in the parking lot with blaring music pool wasn't open paint chipped off walls

Bad

it was absolutely disgusting. I pulled back the bedding and you can see the mattress shaping on the fitted sheet so it was clear that sheets have not been changed from previous stay. Also there was toilet paper at board of the bed so bed never striped and cleaned. the day we checked out we wanted to level our car parked until evening since we were going to event and didn’t want to drive personal car and parking fee for that was $10.

Older hotel, a bit tired, needs some loving care to shimmer and shine.

Location was good, bed was comfortable and clean.

older building, don’t mind that at all as long as it is spotless and very clean, but run down —painting outside buildings peeling, inside tired looking stains on carpet, curtains not all hair cleaned up in bathroom area because there were cracks in the caulking when water splashed on hair came out from under the caulking constructive criticism— invest in spot carpet cleaner and clean it, change curtains with stains so invest in extra curtains, re-caulk bathrooms

Very horrible staff

There was nothing that I liked it was so weird my reservation was paid in advance and still they said I couldn't stay that there not receiving it on there end when. It was confirmed I'm so angry

Staff could of been better and looked into it a Lil bit more instead of pushing me away

Overall it was a quiet and pleasant stay.

Restaurant inside the hotel had great customer service.

Waiting for check in at the counter for over 10 min. Only one person working the counter. There was no line. Person was on phone with another customer.

Reasonable stay reasonable price

This hotel is very nice with a nice bar and restaurant. rooms are very big and spacious. A little outdated but still highly functional.

Not much I’m sure they can do but just a candy stain in the carpet that you can tell they tried to take out but couldn’t. just sticky carpet when I was walking barefoot
