It was clean and decent breakfast

One person on the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. We have some problems with the rooms and it answered us very rudely. For example, in our room there weren't any coffee pods and we asked her to have them, the answer was that it was not her job. We didn't get any coffee pods. There is a lot of traffic and the windows are not so good, we heart a lot of noise during the night. Moreover, the fridge is missing and one can just get from the tap warm or hot water, it is impossible to get cold water in hot weather (it was 43 Celsius degrees)

I think a refrigerator and Microwave should be in Most rooms. And the cost should be reasonable. My stay on July 17th the 18th cost me a meal for my family. It spoiled.

That a few weeks before I made the reservation, I asked if there was a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms. I was told yes. But I was never told that there was an extra charge.

Outdated, shabby hotel, however, fairly clean and well priced.

Location, good value for money. Relatively clean. room was spacious.

Room was old with outdated furniture. Window didn't close properly, therefore it was loud. Breakfast was not very good. Bathroom outdated.

The hotel didn’t provide the room it listed on booking. They told us that on ADA room is available which didn’t have a bathroom door. They told us that we have to pay extra to get the room we reserved.

I loved the breakfast and the Lady that worked there was just amazing!!!

The first night in room 121 was good but there was mould around the shower. The second night in room 125 , the room was a mess. the picture frame was falling and had hardware sticking out. the lights flickered and were broken glass, drawers would not close. Again , all lights flickered. That room need fixing.

If ever in this area again, I will not stay here.

front desk people were friendly

the room was advertised to have appliances; the room we were placed in had no microwave, no mini fridge, no coffee maker, and the toilet didn’t work. I was told upon check out I would received a refund and I did not. Breakfast ended at 9; I missed it and asked if I could have a cup of coffee, since again our room didn’t have any, and I was told no.

I think Booking.com needs to update its site to include more information regarding handicapped needs.

requested a handicapped bathroom for our Daughter. which was not provided. she couldn’t take a shower or even get her walker through the door of the bathroom. no hand rails or shower seat.

Superb

Your front desk person was AWESOME. She was very professional yet spent the time to explain everything and even gave us a map and detailed instructions to the back parking lot. After coming in tired from a long drive it was really nice to see such a friendly face.

The lack of parking. While the back parking lot was safe it was very annoying to have to drive around and park back there. I understand there isn't much that you can do but the night we pulled in there were several large vehicles taking up two spots. Those vehicles should have been asked to park around back as they needed to take up multiple spots

Stay was summed up and did match my expectations.

Quick check in, given location there wasn't any locals and drama. Quick access to a couple of food joints in the area, given I live 12 hours away and drove down and back in one stop, being able to get a cold drink in the evening and morning was beneficial. AM/PM ½ block south and a 7-11 across street.

Couldn't get a hot shower, was tepid at best. Photocopy of card I wanted to use was 'required', a lot of signage about cleanliness and willingness of location to charge additional cleanliness fees. Waiting for refund on $50 deposit, deposit and two night stay hit my CC at the same time. Did not charge the card I presented, only the one I reserved on the website. I'll be requesting a new card from the issuer.

Not much.

It took going to three rooms to find an acceptable room. The first had a family of four or five living there it seemed next door. They were very loud. The next room stunk of cat piss. The third was ok.
