Never staying herr again!!!!!!!!!

The area was the only thing i liked.

I didn't like the night staff by the name of Mike he was very rude and unprofessional. My bed sheets were dirty and I couldn't get fresh new sheets because housekeeping leaves at 12:30. The pool was closed.

Best bang for your buck.

The staff seemed helpful and courteous. The lights next to the beds wasn't working and they came right away to check out the problem. Fixed it immediately. Lots of outlets to charge up phones and laptops. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bench under the windows. Shower had great pressure. Beds were comfy. They offered breakfast, but we never used it as we got up after it finished. So, I can't really rate it. The price was great. The hotel convenient to stores and eateries as well as the interstate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool was locked. They took away our ability to open our door before 10am the day we checked out. Check out wasn't until 11am. We were trying to remove our stuff from the room, but, someone had to stay in the room to let someone back in until we finished.

Overall, just not satisfied for the amount of money I paid.

The staff following you through the hotel, and then coming out circling or patrolling their parking lot. The ceilings need to be replaced. There was mold they only give you clean towels every three days the refrigerator doesn’t keep food cold there is no closet there is no dressers nothing for you to hang up anything. If you want to use the cart to bring your luggage in and out of the hotel, you only have 15 minutes to do so before they start charging you for using the cart so I wasn’t impressed and I will not come back again. Definitely recommend looking for something else.

Good night stay

The hotel was clean, brightly decorated and the room/bed was comfortable.. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The walk in shower was nice but a fall hazard. No safety bars, the floor base was slippery and no place to sit or put shampoo/soap. Breakfast was disappointing and was misrepresented in photos to include a hot bar of food items. What was offered did not feel fresh and was not enough to consider even as continental.

Relaxing stay with friendly staff!

It was very clean and the lady at the front desk during the day is just awesome very welcoming.

The pool it’s small and dingy looking. Also didn’t look like it’s been used or cleaned in at least a few weeks but everything else was great

The window seat was a good use of space. Staff was very friendly.

Hair in the shower and towels. Being in a non smoking room right next to a smoking room, I could still smell smoke throughout the stay.

I did not like the hotel. it was not what I expected and it lacked amenities I would have expected.

I liked the location of the hotel because of my job

I didn’t like the fact that someone from the staff stole my property out my room while I was ad work. I didn’t get any cooperation from the staff nor did I get an apology for thf situation.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. The location is conveniently located just off of the highway.

The room could be updated in some places, but there was nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

Good, comfortable, clean.

This hotel is really nice, but the free wifi doesn't actually work. Not sure if the staff knows about this issue or just doesn't seem to understand that it is not working. The rooms are small but comfortable - it is a "micro" hotel after all. Free breakfast in the morning, free coffee/creamer/sugar/hot cocoa/water all day long, free ice, vending machines are good, some of the necessity items at the front if you wanna purchase have some weird prices, but overall this is a good hotel.

The wifi needs to be fixed. It is not working and it will become a problem if you have a lot of guests that are needing to depend on the wifi for work, school, and etc. I hope they fix the issue someday.
