Horrible

They denied me stay because of my service Dog. They claim they didn't believe me after the fact I showed them proof

I expected a cleaned place.

Spaciousness of the room

Room not clean. Had to ask for an iron; old washed out used towels; music very loud from club across the street ; floors weren't mop or swept well.

Ok but need some deep cleaning

The check in person was polite. The bed slept comfortably. I am glad I had an extra set of sheets and a comforter in my truck.

The room was not up to the standards. The speard on the bed had a stain on it. Also, in the bathroom it look like it was boo boo stain on the curtain in the shower and on the handle as well. My suggestion it to remove the shower curtain every time a customer leave and wash it. Housekeeper need to really thoroughly clean a bathroom no matter what. Also, the room didn't have a table nor chair in it.

I'd probably stay elsewhere. Nothing about it was great enough to stay again.

Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Very worn facility. Very sketchy area. I was accosted in the parking lot by some indigent people. I had to move my vehicle to avoid them.

the shower didn't work . And half of the bulbs in the lamps didn't work. There was not enough towels,rags and toilet paper in the room for 3 people. The cover on the bed was too thin.

Ghetto ....

It was close to many food options and other stores as well.

I didn’t like anything. The receptionist had an very bad attitude after I said hello I’m here to check in ... The rooms are beyond nasty and nth like the pictures and trust me I’ve took to show the difference. It also rained and tv/WiFi kept shutting down on on me for period of time. So I had to sit in silence ...

I won't stay there again until.they get the mold and mildew I'm the bathroom under control.

Cleanliness of the room was poor. There was visable mold and mildew in the bathtub.
