cigarette burns in bathroom repairs poorly executed when checking in staff demanded 100 dollar cash deposit inspite of sign saying 35 did not have any cash booking did not mention deposit until two thirds of way down fine print no close garbage cans to room staff had poor english

Location was close to venue I was attending. Sheets, pillow cases and towels were clean, that’s about it.

No alarm clock, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, room was barely clean, barely vacuumed, had to climb up on a chair to turn on the air conditioner in a very warm room, filter was dirty, the room had a funky smell. I wasn’t expecting much when I booked this room I did expect it to be cleaner.

Old Property with a Smell

The location was good. The motel provided coffee but no breakfast. The shower had good pressure. The person doing the check-in/check-out was very pleasant and helpful. TV cable service was good. The room size was good.

The room had a moldy smell from the carpet. Perhaps from a water leak sometime in the past that hasn't been properly resolved. Air conditioning was from a wall unit that ran continuously but still did not get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. Water pressure in the bathroom faucet was low. The bathtub had no strips or handrails to prevent slipping when wet. An old person could easily fall. The door looked as if the room had been broken into in the past. The lock was repaired but a burglar could easily get into the room. The cost of the room exceeded the value but so does every other room I checked into in Springfield.

I like the fact that the staff knows me and adding another few days on my stay wasn't a big hassle and they gave me a cheaper rate than me going through online. I liked that the hotel was pretty full and there was some people that didn't have any money or anything to eat so everyone through out the entire hotel got together and threw a big bbq

I liked that I didn't have any hygiene items what so ever when I got here and they was able to provide me with a little disposable toothbrush shampoo conditioner body wash. And when it really got cold outside they provided a big warm extra blanket and extra pillow. I also didn't have a charger for my phone and they provided that as well. Any time that I have any kind of issue they do everything they can to accommodate your needs while you stay with in reasonable needs.

Disgusting, outdated with lot of illegal extracurricular activities

Location

The man at check-in was rude and apparently the $40 a night rate was too high for a hotel that also charges by the hour with an additional deposit. This hotel houses drugs addicts, drug dealers, homeless, and possibly prostitution. The rooms smell. Writing was on the walls. Other dirt or whatever it is was also on the walls. The room smelled and was very, very outdated. I paid for 10 days but ended up finding other accommodations. They also have a “no refund, no exceptions” sign so make sure you check your room before you pay.

Hotel was way overpriced for quality of room.

The guy at the front desk at check in was incredibly nice although slightly hard to understand.

I was told on check in I needed a 100$ CASH deposit but he accepted 50. When I walked into the room there was a huge gap between door and frame letting a lot of cold air in and the heater did not work well. The shower curtain in the bathroom had burn holes in it, the room smelled like sulfur at times, the bathroom door was cracked in half and I think was originally put on backwards. On check out the checkout guy strongly suggested that I leave a tip for housekeeping out of my deposit refund at the front desk. Oh and the wifi they claimed they had was just a router with no internet access.

Been all over the world, and this was the WORST!

No breakfast and liked nothing about this place. Please don't bring kids to this place. Health department needs to close this place down. You would have to be a small child to use the mirror.

Dirty sheets, mouse poop in drawers, mold in refrigerator, dirty carpets, filthy everything, CRACK CENTRAL, cars coming and going all night. Loud mufflers left idling, while picking up, what ever, and then leaving. Have pictures if they will let me post them. No coffee no ice machine. Moved to another room couldn't get in paint buckets in the way. Someone's personal property in that room also. Third room was looking better till the night wore on and we realized where in the middle of DRUG Central. No sleep that night.

Worst place I've ever stayed

People were friendly

The hotel houses to locals and could not sleep at all the one night we stayed. No kitchen area. No breakfast. Receipt was only a photo copy of what I signed. Not happy and worst place I have ever stayed

Not as expensive as other I looked into.

Seems like a lot of people live there and drug deals go on all night. The room was ok for the price but the night life is pretty creepy. If they want to be a extended stay for drug addicts they should focus on that market.

The staff was very professional and friendly great service clean rooms would stay here again the price is unbeatable!!! I recommend this place to anyone who comes to Sprigfield!

Room wasnt clean by any means. Holes in the walls an our door to room. Burn Mark's all over tub an floor. Refrigerator was so dirty we didn't want to use it at all. An people out in parking lot working on bikes cars going threw the garbage bins...We also had random people knocking on our door looking for illegal drugs.

The discomfort and insecurity was not worth the $15 -$20 dollar difference from nearby chains.

Conveniently located to the aquarium/Bass Pro Shop. Easy to find and reasonably easy in/out. Owners were receptive to hearing about things that could be improved.

Door didn't effectively lock. Had a standard household knob/key with a LARGE gap in the casement--could be opened with a piece of cardboard/credit card. No bolt/chain/secondary lock of any kind. (There was half of a security catch, but the other half was missing--like it was torn off when the door had been forced in the past.) And there were men drinking/loitering in the parking lot much of the night and first thing in the morning. Window type climate control unit was located high on the wall over the sink counter. I am 5'1" and couldn't reach the controls even on a chair--had to stand on the counter. Insists on guest leaving a cash damage deposit and waiting at departure time until one of the owners has inspected the room--would not do a credit card hold like most places. Old furniture and grimy carpet. Carpet was soggy (presumably from some kind of cleaning, which is better than not being cleaned, I guess) at my arrival 3 hours after check in time. Nonsmoking room but pillows stank of cigarette.

Quick and not reccomending.

The room was in poor upkeep condition. The light switch by bathroom sink had dried blood on it and a band aid in the sink drain. The towels were dirty and shower curtain stained. Frame of door was off. The posts outside the door had been hit by a vehicle, tapped off.

We were on top floor, Ac was not blowing cool, I took the filter out and cleaned it. it started blowing some cool. the bathroom floor was tilted. The room next to us people were crawling in and out the window instead of using door. Very shady people. Dont know if people actually live there??? We saw probably 5 or 6 different people coming in and out of the room beside us as different times of the night. The beds were awful very outdated for the price we paid. I will never stay there again.

Avoid this place like the plague!!!

The shower was decent and there was plenty of hot water. I liked checking out and leaving this awful place!!

Drug addicts and prostitutes, dirty, stinky, and scary. There was an official sign posted on the window of the unit next to me that said " Building unsafe. Do not occupy." The bed pillows smelled like someone's dirty, oily head. 🤮
