this hotel was understaffed and not worth the money.

it was a convenient location. the room furnishings had been recently updated.

our family of four had booked online and prepaid for a room with two queen beds. we were given a room with one king bed, which all four of us had to squeeze into. we were charged twice for our room, and that has not been resolved. there was only one employee at the desk, and there needed to be another two employees at least. there was. group of people camped in the back parking lot by the dumpster. they didn’t seem dangerous, but it felt awkward going to my vehicle.

They gave us a room which was very close to entrance and midnight I woke up because of the people’s noise and talking so loudly in the lobby!

Stay here if you have no other choice

The business room was decent with no smell.

The place is dirty and rundown. The regular rooms have an old wear and tear STINK that frebreeze couldn't fix. The breakfast was mediocre and edible. The staff look tired and overworked so they were not approachable.

Choose other accommodations! I’ll never stay here again.

Located near several shops, restaurants and other amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful, very close to Morristown, Uber and Lyft available 24/7 at a fair price with little to no wait. Microwave and frig in room.

Property is very ran down, construction constantly, rooms are old and outdated, poor repair, the beds are absolutely awful and uncomfortable, Carpeting is filthy, room furniture in poor repair, bedding is dated and thats being kind. The breakfast is grab and go with limited options, a lot of sketchy guests and activity, and the less expensive rooms have outside doors and my room had two outside rooms, didn’t always feel safe.

Ok liked the value of the non smoking rooms And the breakfast was actually better that I expected. We stayed on a weekend . The staff were nice .

I didn’t like that the lobby didn’t have adequate air conditioning. They was some ceiling panels needing repair in a hallways

Still wouldn't mind coming back

The location of the hotel is ideal with restaurants within walking distance. My purpose of travel was work, so it was a great place to rest and even easier for shopping around.

The staff almost forced us to a different room category stating that it's a more expensive room than what we had booked and we had to take it, since it was in the night and we were tired. She kept selling us the room saying she was doing us a favour rather, even though they were out of our booked category and we had to settle for a smaller room, instead of the suite.

Not much.

The lady at the front desk was not polite. I booked the hotel choosing a smoking room by mistake. She did not give me any opportunity to speak in order to change the room. I had a bad experience. My suitcase and my clothes smelled like cigarette smoke when I left.

HAS BED BUGS - THEY DON’T CARE

Typical motel

DO NOT STAY HERE Woke up at night with sudden itch and crawling sensation. looked around closer and it was infested with bugs and bedbugs. Have since reached out to the property for a refund and have been completely ignored. A week has passed and I have scabs on my body from excessive itching.

Large room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, laundry machine, fitness room. I was there for work so this hotel was unfortunately the only option in the area.

Staff was not very professional, no “do not disturb” sign so housekeeping was always came into my room multiple times unannounced, stains on the comforter and the facilities outside the room was in unacceptable condition. In addition to all of this, the price was high for the state of the hotel especially for a big hotel chain like Days Inn and the location was not good.

The staff was short . The hotel was not clean , partys all in and out all night - terrible smell in hallways No coffee or anything awful service 100 per night for something like that was a rip off terrible would not stay again

i booked for a jacuzzi room but, it was’t available, so the customer service agent gives me a suit for the same price to I booked!!!

my booking was not ready when I arrived yesterday and the days inn gave me a double bed room instead a king one bed room charged me the same price which is not fair to me. because if I want the 2 beds room I could reserve it with cheaper price

housekeeping, 2/3 knocks on our door around 9 am , they open and came into the room, the same thing happened the next day, check out is at 11 am.
