I loved breakfast spot in the middle of the property. It was nice meeting new people in the middle of the property where it was easy to get to. The size of the pool was something I loved as well putting aside the non-cleanliness of it.

The state of the pool. The water was pretty brown and smelled of must. I am sure a lifeguard would also help the safety level increase just for precautions. The state of the bathrooms tile was pretty rough as well. The aesthetic of it was not so pleasant to the eyes.

This is a nice value for the price, would stay again.

i liked how the room was designed with the sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, not great. Staff very polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. A good value for the price.

Bathroom very small. Too few outlets, and the ones were there were being used. Redo the electronics in the entire room. Nicer towels would be a cheap upgrade. TV was too small and low for viewing in bed. Had to flush the toilet THREE times to get rid of everything.

The location was convenient to do activities.

The rooms are very dated, the bathroom was super small, and the parking lot was awkward. Also, the room didn't have enough outlets for phone charging and my CPAP machine.

Disappointed

Smelled old. Stains on furniture and ceiling. Mold on walls. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Air conditioner was disgusting. Very overpriced.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay while visiting the area and this fit our needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is centrally located. There was plenty of hot water, and nicely scented soap/shampoo in dispensers.

Parking was very tight. The property is older, and in need of more updates. TV cable had a short in it which inhibited sound. The room had several stained ceiling tiles and cobwebs. The mattress was noisy and mildly uncomfortable. After an hour in the room, the bottom of my socks were filthy.

I LOVED the location it was super close to all the shops and the Ferry rides to the island!

The only problem I had was with my room keys not working the entire time.

only coffee was available check out at 7am a tiny bit of fruit in a bowel which seemed to be picked over. I was third person that checked out so it was not like there were a lot of people before me that got there first. 25 dollar extra charge for pet. for one night. Had to plug in the lights before they would work. it was hard for me to get down on my hands and knees to do that because of health problems.

Filthy, drug use and loudness from room upstairs, worried if I would get bed bugs so dirty! So horrible and the pictures of actual room looked nothing like pictures on the web site. So dissatisfied I left two days early and couldn’t get a refund !

Just on the edge of town nice little hotel great value I've stayed 6+ times and wouldnt hesitate to stay again

Breakfast is only 2 hours in the morning (7-9) so if you sleep in you miss out.

Adequate for an overnight stay, but I feel it was over-priced.

Location was good. Easy parking, convenient to downtown. Ferries close by was good.

Front desk worker had little affect. No lightbulb in a fixture, and I had to come to the desk for a replacement. Loose connections on some receptacles, and some electronics didn’t have an available/ open plug to use.

Asked for another pillow was told there were no more pillows. Breakfast free but not very good sausage floting in water and greese no cream chesse for bagles. Hotle need a up date, very dated. Front desk person eating in front of me while I was asking questions.

This hotel is in a great location in crowded Mackinaw City! We will be back!

Our room was way above our expectations. It was very clean and spacious! The check in clerk Karen was very helpful and made us feel she was happy to have us as guests. Also, the location was perfect for our weekend get away, we were in Mackinaw City to go to Headlands International Dark Sky Park and this property was the closest to the Park!

The free breakfast could have lasted until 10am instead of 9:00am. But the attendant at breakfast was very helpful and did her best to keep everything stocked.

Basic amenities, amazing staff, good location.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast always on point. The lady who opperated breakfast was on top of everything. Rooms clean. Basic room, we were gone all day and used the room for sleeping and dressing. I would stay again.
