Best place we've stayed for the trip

Clean spacious room with full kitchen. Clear instructions for check-in, although Dana did meet us on arrival. Convenient location with plenty of restaurant options. Should have stayed here and bus down to Boston city itself.

RUBBISH HOTEL!!!!!!

On the last night, the hotel lost power. I went to the toilet at night and fell down. No one answered the phone at the front desk. The power was not connected until 10 in the morning. My left leg and knee were bruised, and it still hurts when I walk. Then I checked out at 11 in the morning. Still no one at the front desk! I left them a note hoping they would explain and apologize, but so far I haven't received any calls or emails! This is an unsafe and arrogant hotel, don't stay in this hotel if you are an old man, because if you fall, you will have a broken bone, and the hotel doesn't care! ! ? Rubbish hotel 🏨! ! !

If we need to go to this town again, we will definitely being staying here.

They were very accommodating and understanding. We arrived early and it was no problem. The crib they provided us was perfect. The rooms were the perfect size and had great amenities.

Disappointing

The room was very nice and comfortable

No staff available. We had a really scary incident happen in the parking lot where we were approached and followed by a man. No staff meant no one to help us. We made it to our room and locked the door but were then to scared to go back out and ended up spending the entire evening locked in the room.

Great location with a helpful host!

Host was very helpful and gave us excellent tops for restaurants and how to get into the city.

There only thing I didn’t like were the pillows but I’m picky :)

The Crescent Suites is a lovely place to stay - close to the Charles River and restaurants.

We were on the first floor - so easy access to the room for mobility challenged guests. The suite was very clean and there is a beautiful walking path from the parking lot.

The TV system is very outdated. None of us found directions on how to use the various remotes, so we didn't watch any TV - which actually wasn't really a bad thing - gave us more time to chat!

The hotel was great!. No issues. Dana was great and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean.

Due to COVID restrictions there was no breakfast. However the facility offered kitchen which made it tolerable.

Location and quiet were very important to us so that was great.

Had a lovely looking breakfast room, but no availability for even coffee. Very quiet , clean, well appointed room. We were able to make coffee in our room. Lot of money for essentially no room service. The location is great for where our daughter and family live. Email and phone inquiries were quickly answered. No wake up call.

I had reached out about leaving my bags here prior to check-in so that I wouldn't have to carry them to my office. One of the staff called to let me know that they are short staffed due to Covid so there is not a full-time concierge person to accommodate. A few hours later, the same person called back to say that they made arrangements for someone to be there when we arrive! Our room was actually ready for early check-in so that we could drop our bags inside. They really went above and beyond. Front desk person took the time to give us a map and locate all the necessary points of interest nearby as well. The double queen room is surprisingly large and spotless! I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness - I notice dust and hair in places most people don't look. But this room was very clean and felt new. I didn't use it but the full kitchen with a dishwasher is amazing.

Location was good for being close to family in Waltham. Walkway to river greenwalk was very nice. Room was clean and everything worked.

Disappointed that the property is not serving breakfast, and may not return to breakfast even after COVID subsides.

Homey, downtown Waltham with tons of good food nearby, a walkable neighborhood and an excellent option to the Winter St

It was a simple suite with a proper stove and refrigerator. Because I arrived in the middle of Covid there was no breakfast, indeed I never encountered a single human being the time I was there. My key was in a lock box and i left my signed agreement on the desk, since i left before anyone came in. For those interested in this property you would be wise to think of it as a cottage, that is bring some creamer and snacks which may not be available. Even if you don’t, there’s so much nearby its really not an issue. Honestly its what i want in a business hotel room and had I stayed longer I would even have better things to say.

I was not there long enough to find anything to be irritated about. Also, covid rules prevent some amenities that one would expect and judge, so there’s that.
