Exceptional customer service and location is the best

Breakfast was great and customer service is exceptional! The room is really clean and the beds are comfy. The location is perfect as it is close to everything we need for family.

I have nothing to complain about for this company.

Quaint hotel and great outdoor area . Liquor store to the left and a great restaurant to the right.

The cleanliness left a bit to be desired.

Good position and facilities

Clean and cosy. Excellent position.

I’ve machine not working (not empty). Owner kindly offered ice from her fridge ice tray but unfortunately this would not have been enough

Clean, great attention to detail, great staff and lovely location.

River Walk Inn has a lot of attention to detail: a light strip above the bed for nighttime reading, extremely clean rooms, a bathroom faucet that lights up at night, ceramic mugs for in-room coffee, a sitting areas by windows and a beautiful seating area outside near the river. My daughter and I also loved the little reading nook under the stairs. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come here the next time we're in Pagosa - it's everything you want in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly and nicely located.

Good value. I would stay there again if I go back to that town.

Nice location, riverside with its own fishing pier. Very clean.

Coffee could be offered earlier in the morning.

Superb

It’s a family run hotel, and the staff, at least one of whom was part of the family, was very helpful and friendly. This is rare to find these days. I also like that it backed up to a little park on the estuary at the river. A very nice place to take a walk.

I didn’t sleep well for some reason and it might’ve been the mattress. It was rather squeaky every time I got out of bed and it won’t my sister up I think.

clean, cute and convenient!

conveniently located, close enough to downtown to be convenient, far enough to be relatively quiet. staff friendly and accommodating. rooms tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. good coffee selection in-room and ample free breakfast in the morning. this is our fourth stay and we’ll be back, next visit to Salida!

Abby was amazing

Abby was so amazing to me and my family. The room and facilities were just ok but because of Abby, I rate the the stay as excellent. She is kind person who genuinely cares about people which is a rsre find this days.

-The smell of the room -The rate was ridiculous -Wifi was terrible-unreliable -Sauna not working well

Very nice. The lovely gentleman at the desk overrides any shortcomings.

The breakfast began too late for us to eat. We were on the road by 6:30 and breakfast was at 7.

The configuration with the bathroom sink was inconvenient and made getting ready to go a challenge. Very small counter and no other area (or mirror) to do things like using a curling iron.
