mediocre at best. We stayed there 2 years ago, but will choose somewhere else for our next visit.

The room was okay, bed was comfortable, water was hot.

The pool area was dirty, hair, dirty drains, spills not hosed off. I almost recommended to the hotel that they need to spend a day with a power washer and some cleaner and clean the whole pool area. I didn't want to walk without shoes. Also, the landscaping was totally let go, weeds, dead flowers in the pots. The last thing is, we stayed 4 nights and they only cleaned our room once, that was after 2 days of tracking someone down and complaining. There was only one small garbage can in the room and we had it full the first day, we had bags of trash waiting to be removed, all the towels were dirty. It was finally cleaned the day before we checked out. They have a restaurant, but they kept the back door to the kitchen open at all times. It grossed my husband out.

Overall GREAT experience and would stay there again!!

Location was superb!! Room size was large enough for my family of 5!!

The water pressure in the shower was definitely not the best but it was okay!!

Okay if your on a budget

We were given a room away from the railroad tracks, so we were not awakened by the train. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We received DAILY housekeeping which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was nice. Location to downtown was good - Able to take backroads to avoid a lot of traffic.

The property does not have an elevator and our room was on the second floor, but the do offer luggage carts once you are able to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. The shower had NO pressure. The "fart fan" in the bathroom didn't work. The room included 3 different remotes to operate the TV - confusing. Multiple times throughout our stay we encountered people sitting on the stairs smoking marijuana. We wouldn't allow our teenagers to to be alone at the pool after dark.

Nice, clean hotel, but noisy from nearby trains.

Clean property.

The only negative about this stay was the hotel is VERY close to a train track. Trains went through a couple times during the night and we thought they were going to crash through the walls they were so loud.

Great pet friendly location with clean rooms and friendly staff.

The location was perfect to get to anything in historic Saint Augustine and right next to the trolley station. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Clean rooms with no carpet which I prefer for cleanliness. The room had an ice maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Cold AC, but the unit was loud. Check in staff gave us a map of things to do in town. Dog friendly with a little area for them to potty.

A train ran right behind the hotel, but we come from a train town so it didn’t bother us. Just something to know for people not used to the noise. AC unit ran kind of loud, but worked well.

It was ok, expensive for a nights stay but ok.

Big Spacious Room, It was clean. The shower was nice and spacious. Double sinks and plenty of nice pillows and nice clean white sheets

Upon arriving- the staff was not very welcoming at all. Then for check out I stood there at the counter while the man was on his phone - I fixed a cup of water- and came back. He still did not even acknowledge me. Finally I said, I am checking out. He said- Ok ,have a nice day. there was No shower door or curtain and things got wet in the shower area, the bathroom vent was dirty and hanging out

Comfortable beds. Room was clean and well stocked.. Columbian restuarant in lobby and food was great.

Outside stairs, balconies were soiled. Poor water pressure. And our toilet belched and bubbled about every 2 hrs. Access from a very busy road, and almost impossible to cross street, and the restaurants were on that side

Pleasant

Room and beds were confortable, roomy and there were restaurants close to eat.

Floors in room were filty, our group of 4 all had the black feet 🤔 i was promised a room with a view, got a room facing the main road instead. All we could hear was the traffic. Hotel didn't even look that booked. Neatless to say I was desapointed. It was our first tine in St-Augustine, was looking for a better experience.

GOD AWFUL

nothing horrible pressure on water trickled, room uncomfortable no place to set. big furniture unnecessary in room. had to call for towels and wash clothes. suppose to be on bottom floor and only had second floor rooms no elevator. I am Handicapped very difficult arrived in dark horrible experience. people at front desk not helpful at all.

Horrible Most Awful mattress felt like a board pushing on you in back. I could barely walk whole weekend. I had rough time picking my right leg up to even get in car.
