Dirty carpet in room. Big gap under the door. Could hear people in next room. Bathroom fans are ugly loud. Strange people. Smoke smell in no smoking room area. Smell of Marijuana in lobby.

Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again if in the area.

This property is next to the freeway but regardless it was a good location. You couldn't really hear the noise of the freeway and there were lots of food places nearby to eat. This location is good if you're looking to stay somewhere close to but less expensive than Santa Fe. The room was a little outdated but it was spacious and had everything you needed. Free breakfast was average, it included some muffins, fruit and coffee. Cereal as an option would be a suggestion!

I did message the property a few hours beforehand to ask if we could possibly check in early, even for a fee. I didn't get a response and when I arrived the girl on reception was taking a personal phone call on her mobile and took a few minutes to hang up even with us standing there. However, she was helpful and changed our room to ground floor for us because we had heavy bags and there was no elevator.

Breakfast was typical since Covid. Oatmeal, red delicious apples, and blueberry muffin, coffee and juice

Door keys did not work, twice. Very dumpy, shower was gross (did not use Desk clerk advised crime was high and they had no exterior cameras.

Never again Emerson the night manager super rude

Worst ever the night Manger Emerson was so rude almost left if there were rooms at a other place would had left soon as I walked in to check in he said he smelled weed on me which I don't smoke and said if he smells it anytime that night he would call a sheriff and have him search the room super rude will never go back room was dirty shampoo was half used and carpet had dirt spots allover the place ,broken lamp shades, two different colors of light bulbs one yellow and one white ,smelled like pee ,and double charged was on hold ,FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE alot more to much to list what was wrong

I lost a family member and was up north in Espanola, I managed to still check out at the proper check out time. And didn't get my deposit the money

Room was big

Room was dirty, couches and chair had stains, wall was dirty, carpet was dirty, blood stain on iron board and it stunk. Wasn't worth 154.00 if this place is going to charge this much I expect better. Oh and no continental breakfast, also wify was slow and no charging ports .

Great location. Close to a lot of food choices, convenience stores and a Wal Mart.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains everywhere on the carpet especially around the bed. Large dark red stains and tears on the bed spread and cigarette burns in the blanket. The chairs were broken down and filthy/nasty. Broken and cracked tiles in the bathroom, along with a brown stained tub that creaked so loud I thought it might fall through the floor. There was a large dried booger stuck to the top of the picture above the bed and the bathroom door! All the furniture and fixtures were broken down, just junk. Thick dust on the carpet edges where they don't vaccum. The air conditioner was making a high pitched noise and the "breakfast" was a joke. The carpet in the hallways is also disgusting, the whole property is run down. Abandoned cars in the parking lot, one of which is by the office for you to view busted up with flat tires. I was charged A LOT for this dump.
