If I wasn’t so tired on the night that we walked into the room, we would have turned around and went back home.

The bathroom in this room appeared to be new-ish and we were close to the beach.

It was old, dirty, smelly. The room was small. The pictures are deceiving. The bed was more like a cot. The bedding was cheap and thin. We went to HomeGoods and bought new bedding and comforter. There were dead roaches, but atleast they were dead. Even though the staff seemed to be cleaning, it had an awful smell that returned when they were finished. The front desk people were nice, but we did not have but three encounters with them, 2 of which included checking in and checking out. The smell of marijuana was everywhere in the hotel. This trip was planned very last minute and there were no other hotels available because of the 4th of July holiday. I would recommend spending more money for a nicer place. You really do get what you pay for.

Crowded, uncomfortable, and hot at time.

Communication between the property and third party booking sites. I booked through booking.com for a room for 7 people. When I arrived at the hotel and entered my room the room was only for 6 people. I called downstairs in an effort to resolve the issue and was told the property had no rooms to accommodate 7 people only 6 people and was told the property is not responsible for third party booking sites.

Overall, terrible hotel with filthy room. Will never stay there again.

The location was great, close to boardwalk and things to do.

The pictures online were deceiving, the room we had was very dirty. It has rusted appliances, crazy amount of dust on vents and everywhere really. Dishes were sticky and dirty, facility had a weird smell and dirty.

The place was very out dated for the price!

The carpets needs replacing. The stove was rusted. The place was cleaned and they were constantly cleaning the place. But the place was run down so it made it not look clean.

Overall our stay was great and we will be back!

The check in/out staff were very nice helpful knowledgeable and professional. The room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. If we needed anything we got it on the spot.

The room could have been a little bit more cleaner. We found hair in the bathroom and the sink in the bathroom was not clean.

Horrible, scared of getting bed bugs

Absolutely nothing!!

Air conditioner didn’t work it would run then when reach temperature it would shut off and never come back on. Hair in shower, smell of mold, old and out dated. Frame on air conditioner is a hazard it was half way off and sticking out, some is going to get hurt that’s on the balcony. Mold on shower fixtures I touch it and it came off and it was black. Walking on the floor feet were black. Bed not comfortable at all. Couldn’t sleep on it. I certainly didn’t want to get in ur hot tub that looked nasty. Elevator smelled of mold and flooring coming up. Just nasty overall. Do not recommend this hotel. Wind noise coming thru door of room. Behind toilet was yellow orange color which we all know what that is. I can keep going but that’s enough.

Treat people Better!

.I liked the ocean front room and being on the 8th floor, the pools are pretty nice and the hot tub. The restaurant had ok food and some of the staff was friendly! Saw nelson the 1st night he said anything he can do to help. Isaac came and helped with the TV. Destiny was friendly at check in...Tom with security and shan non was helpful at the café with the long pretty nails.Dan was nice when we was leaving said come back,im like now someone nice at the front desk when I was leaving!!!!

Omg where do i where do I start. I dont think that it's Fair that I can't cancel something when I get there because they think they can treat me any kind of way because I cant get my money back.. like really...I get there and Destiny trying to help me and everything i ask her a lady with all these eye shadow cutting me and her off...it should be against the LAW you get my hard earned money and do me and my family like that...I told her my sister coming later didnt want to give me a extra parking sticker.i ask about a room upgrade cut me off when i talking....the whole 7 days all I did was see her and a guy that work there smoke cigarettes and curse she was really rude to me and I had to take that's not right...they have no parking deck if you go to a show and come back no parks at night and then if you don't move your car by 9am THE NEXT morning it's a 30$ ticket...GET FORREAL...hair all over the room and the pull out bed had rust or blood on it..we went to Walmart and got sheets and blankets because I told my niece I didn't to go back to the desk and hear that ladies mouth...that's not fair to my family but it's cool...we made the best of it..they have a restaurant that don't have a time they close you ask them they like it depends on the crowd,what kind of mess is that? I called 2 days after 1pm no answer and walked up there they were closed..I did get to eat there once and something that was like a total of 24$ came up to 30$ so idk where that came from .If someone use the room before you and you come in after them and they have hooked a game up to the tv,the tv has to be reprogrammed, it took a day to figure that out and Isaac was really nice!!!

The rooms are very outdated not kept up. Super dusty and no air in the back bedroom. Not enough plates cups bowls in kitchen.

*The burners on the stove were lopsided, so it made it hard to cook. *The shower head was calcified, so it had little to no water pressure. *The safe wouldn't work. *Didn't have very many outlets in our room.

Location was good! Ample parking.

Facilities lacks in maintenance. Door on balcony screeches when you open it. Toilet is lose. Bathroom door hande was lose. Iron had iron deposit and soiled my shirt, but house keeping were able to clean the shirt.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

Doors were sometimes hard to get into. Also I booked for room that was suppose to have washer and dryer and sofa couch but had neither. But I was there to enjoy a birthday trip so didn't want to go through all the hassle of figuring out what happened to the room I booked. Hate having to park across the street and having to walk back and forth.

Great place

Everything very friendly staff and professional. They made us feel right at home. I would recommend to bring your own beach towel and maybe a bath towel.

Parking was a lil difficult as I am handicapped

The only downfall

The location was great!

The indoor pool/lazy river was not enclosed during the winter. Defeats the purpose of having it if people can't use it during off seasons.
