Enjoyed

The bed was comfortable the room was clean and good size. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was great.

It said that we have a balcony with our rooms but it was not a balcony it was a deck where everybody else could go and sit.

Good hotel. Beds not great. Overall good experience but not great.

Good location to wild life safari. Great pool.

Small rooms. Lots of Highway noise.

Disappointed in the breakfast and the room.

Location. Everything else was not the quality I’m accustomed to.

The setup of the building. All the doors being outside like a motel. Breakfast was terrible. They ran out of items then ignored me when I asked for a restock. Not okay.

Wonderful family place

Friendly helpful staff. Pool and hot tub well taken care of wonderful outdoor gathering area's

Pillows were a little flat,but we used our own so it didn't matter.

Very little positive, it was a place to stay after 600 miles of driving.

The room was dirty. There were stains and things were worn out. The shower has pubic hairs on the side of the tub. The sheets and comforter in one of the beds was dirty. Went to front desk to get fixed and was given sheets and told by front desk we would have to do it because he is not a house keeper. Was a very disappointing stay for $200+ midweek.

Clean quiet room. Good full breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient to shopping.

Nothing major. This is an older motel but in good condition.

Pretty quiet, although Jake brakes from trucks on highway could be heard. an old building but renovated. comfortable bed. Nice shower.

too many things list. no hot water first morning. ridiculous excuse. chirping smoke alarm when checked in at 11:30 PM and was offered a battery to change it ourselves. seriously? room was not serviced days two, three and four of dove night stay.

Convenient, great breakfast, everything was in working order.

Breakfast was great. There were multigrain healthy options, bananas, apples, and even nondairy milk! It was nice to use real dishes and utensils rather than wasteful paper/plastic products.The hot tub was under a gazebo and up to temp. Location was close to the S Umpqua River Trail, which we walked in the morning. Room was small but comfortable. TV, A/C, lights, refrig, and microwave all worked well. Bed was comfy.

You could hear some road noise. Decaf coffee was weak.

Nice stay at the BW Ģarden Villa Inn

Almost next to the I5. A very good, included, breakfast 😋

In November I had to use roomheating. Made to much noise. Breakfast room is only open till 9am. Some people are not in a hurry and prefer breakfast at 9.30.

Not a typical Best Western Experience.

There was a breakfast buffet which was pretty good. Staff were extremely friendly, and went out of their way to help you. The room is right off I-5 which makes it easy to get back on the road after a night of rest.

Bed was extremely hard as a rock. Pillows are so small there appear to be meant for children. The construction workers we were placed in between were extremely loud, and one was even heard right outside our room arguing with his girlfriend. They spent a good part of the night arguing and slamming doors.
