Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Geräumiges Zimmer mit einen sehr schönen Blick auf eine Flusslandschaft. Kleiner netter Balkon mit Stühlen. Das Außengelände war sehr gepflegt mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten am Fluss. Die Poolanlage sah sehr schön aus. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war gepflegt und sauber. Ganz gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

Extrem hellhörig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war zu hoch.

Comfortable, Keurig, garden, great staff

They had a Keurig coffee maker, and the room was very clean, staff quite helpful, Our favorite part was the garden area on the other side where we relaxed around patio tables and we could see the river below.

The only issue I can even think of is the room size, but since we just slept there it wasn't that big of a deal.

Very nice I wish there was a cigar smoking area outside on the patio that would make it a plush plus

Yeah, for some reason he gave me room 300 which was the closest. It could’ve been possibly of the whole property to the freeway and it was noisy. I called down and he gave me a satisfactory room and it was quiet and I was a happy camper. Kind of wish he would’ve gave me that room in the first place.

I would like whole cream fresh for my coffee.

Pool, hot tub, and exercise room were great. Breakfast options were good. Breakfast staff wert above and beyond. Very helpful. Check in/out simple. Liked 24 hour Ice water, coffee, and fruit. Liked microwave and mini fridge in room. Nice view of the river.

Bedside light didn't work. Front desk said to check if it was plugged in. It was. Bulbs were unscrewed. One broke. Front desk gave me a replacement. Still didn't work on one side-button broken. No working bathroom fan.

Great location, attractive facility, dark bathroom!

fantastic Location, outdoor hot tub overlooking river. clean rooms, good selection of breakfast items. The eggs were good. Coffee was good. Area was clean.

The rooms were relatively small with 2 queen beds. The room where bedroom was not well lit. There was one bedside lamp and one lamp near the window. it was hard to see the microwave numbers. The bathroom was especially dark. The bulbs over the sink were low wattage, I could barely see in the bathroom. No light in or near the bathtub/ Shower. Otherwise the room was clean, attractive, TV remote was difficult to figure out! Good TV brand.

Everything else was great so I would stay here again.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Missing were hot items I normally would get at HIE, specifically bacon, biscuits, Sausage gravy and scrambled eggs were all missing at this specific hotel. Also the omelets were not worth eating. One of the items that make HIE a good value is the breakfast. They need to step it up at this hotel. I had recently taken a 6000 mile trip and stayed at many of these hotels and all of the above were available at all of them.

Breakfast! bed was also too soft.

Just right.

You need to move the lake closer. The swimming pool. The garden and the river behind it. The kickoff point to our trip to Crater Lake. HA.

The 100 mile drive to see Crater Lake. Seeing Diamond Lake was good and the beautiful forest.

Grandkid getaway was made all the better by staying at this Holiday Inn Express.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, view, breakfast, beds and quite.

I found a live cockroach upside down on the floor of the breakfast area.

Great views, good value and a great time!

The property sits right along the river and it’s such a nice view. My family and I were in the room right next to the pool which was excellent for us as we enjoyed the pool multiple times during our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. The hot tub was colder than the indoor pool but my kids loved it!!

Great place, best breakfast, caters to pet owners, just what you need for a stop over on a big trip.

We stayed one night half way to our destination. We did not expect this hotel to be so great. We had our Corgi with us. It was quiet, great facilities…pool, spa, lawn area with views of the river 100 ft away, picnic area, bar b cue, exercise room….and the best breakfast that was included. It had hot sausage, eggs, rolls, bread, etc. Of course it had great coffee. The room was medium sized, but very comfortable. Staff was as friendly as they could be. I recommend this highly.

It was near the freeway, but you could not hear anything once in the hotel or our room.
