Not good did not know that this hotel as people living there daily and weekly!

Location was good because family we visited lives close by!

Well parking was tight,had people outside the front doors that probably didn’t belong there, there were dogs across hallway that barked at night and not sure if manager knew about dogs in room! Room was not clean walls in bathroom were dirty. Did let front desk person know but she did not reply it seemed like she did not want to be there!

The elevator was a bit sketchy but I'm claustrophobic and confined area will feel off.lol

The manager Mr Edward stole the show Excellence!!!!!!!! This is to the owner, get six more of him !!

Breakfast was cool since I never have time to grab a cup of coffee

Hiring more people like The property Manager who saved this whole ordeal and made our stay so pleasant and always available to handle any situation.Mr Edward was so professional even in his off time and the best part ever was he did what he said would be done and allowed us to sleep with peace knowing we were getting our money worth in service. I’ve stayed in a lot of motels and hotels but he made it worth every penny and some. He made our stay count and that goes a long way with me and I would do it all over again for this kinda service!!! If I return to this property and he was not here I would look at my options of places to stay because he made this one a memorable one for me and my family and that’s hard to find these days in our time . So that’s why I wrote this in this section because I wish you had more people in the world like this gentleman who made a rough situation into a fairytale come true!!!! Brian Cheevis

my particular mattress was saggy in the middle, making it hard to sleep. other guests traveling with me had no complaints.

The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful.

The entire building reeked of cigarettes and we were racially profiled and accused of smoking in the hotel when that is the way it smelled prior to my groups arrival we were also barely in the hotel room as we were doing constant activities. With no proof, the hotel decided to withhold my deposit from me. There was also no breakfast when we woke up early, there were only cereal and muffins there, not any REAL food.

Poor customer service and not smiling from the Mexican looking lady, looks like she does not care.

Poor breakfast every morning I was offered brown flakes with cup cake, and I stayed for 10 days and it was the same breakfast offered everyday.

Nothing apart from the scenery.

never staying here or trusting booking.com with my reservations. This maybe my last booking with this app.

the property was very disappointing and I am more shocked at booking.com’s rating of the property. I had booked a room for 2 adults and a kid with a sofa bed. the sofa bed was filthy, broken and not sleepable. springs protruding from the mattress. we all had to sleep on one bed. very bad experiences

hotel was dirty. elevator was not working and I had to carry the luggage myself with my wife and little daughter. sofa bed was filthy, broken and damaged. carpets were very dirty. etc etc. this facility should not even be be rated 1 star
