Friendly and awesome staff, convenient location, facilities and room require updates and fixing

The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always available and easy to approach. A great breakfast space and lots of choices.

Low, no overhead lighting in the bathroom. Had to request soap at the front desk and they only had one bar available, which they happily gave us. Air conditioner so loud -- we had difficulty falling and staying asleep because of the loud air conditioner--we thought we were hearing cars revving and highway traffic: it was theair conditioner.

Very overpriced paid 220 per night. What ? Nonsense. Will stay away from this flag for going forward.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

Breakfast less than basic. Coffee was nasty. Shower doors were wide open couldn’t keep them closed when taking shower Musty smell covered with scent for couple of hours but once gone was really bad.

The room hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while, breakfast selection was minimal, but staff was great.

The staff was wonderful. So kind and helpful.

Was not very clean at all. I was scared to go barefoot in our room. Mirrors had fingerprints, built up cobwebs and dust on the vents and shelves and pictures. Bathtub was slimy and had dirt/hay on the walls.

The beds were very comfortable.

The front end manager was rude during check end. Her and a front end worker giving dirty looks.Room was not vacuum and bathroom was not swept. Hallway carpet leading to rooms needed vacuum and was dirty.Room could have been better maintained. I felt uncomfortable.

Close to Michigan adventure

Cleanliness, smelled, loud, air didn’t work. Beds were old.

Plan stay around the festivities in the city, as this will hike up the price and won't be worth it.

I enjoyed the breakfast as it was included. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We wished that it wasn't so crazy busy but there was some kind of party going on and lots of teenage girls with awful attitudes that pretty much took over the entire pool. The front desk staff was great and very helpful. If only the guests had more respect for others it would have made things more enjoyable.

I was very much not impressed with the other guests. There was a birthday party in the room across the hall from us. The guests were running up and down the hall until well past midnight and even banged on our door and woke up my sleeping daughter twice, both times after midnight. The cost was a bit much for having interrupted sleep and the condition of the building.

Comfortable beds but very tired environment. Not using Booking.com again.

The front desk staff were amazing. Very accommodating and kind. The beds we’re comfortable and in it’s day, the facility was nice and well thought out.

I had booked two nights through Booking.com for my family to attend a funeral. Online it said the room would be $159 a night. When I was checking in, the person before me was told their cost for the same accommodations was $179. However, when I stepped up to check in, our bill was $619 for a two night stay! I told the front desk clerk there was some mistake and she pulled up the reservation to verify the cost. That’s what Booking.com charged. She tried to reduce the cost and able was able to take about $40 off. Needless to say, I won’t be using Booking.com again. I will go back to booking directly with the hotel. Also, the room was musty and damp.

Comfortable beds but Gross everywhere else

Bed was good.

We got in our room and there was a used tooth pick under the chair. The pool was cloudy and just looked disgusting. Even around the pool was pretty gross. Employees were seen fixing broken items around the hotel. There was just trash stacked in places of the hotel.

Room had trash In it, you could tell the bathroom wasn't swept. Beds were freshly made though.
