Assigned room unacceptable. Was charged xtra $30 to change room.

Breakfast ok. Tables not cleansed between patrons when staff seemed available.

Customer service severely lacking.

Our room was very clean and the price was reasonable.

The room was clean! That’s what’s most important to our family and the price was reasonable. We liked having the couch in the room as well. There were plenty of power outlets which was very helpful.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, if a bit bumbling, and seemed overworked.

When I called from the airport to arrange a shuttle, I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes, and then the staffer forgot to call the shuttle. I had to call back and ask if they were coming,a nd then she called them. Something similar happened in the morning, although probably not the hotel's fault. I had arranged a 5:22 shuttle and it did not come. I went back in, a bit panicked that I would miss my flight, and the desk clerk called the shuttle and they said they would be there in 5 minutes. When they came, the driver said he had forgotten to pick me up. My room had a dirty and stained couch, very unappealing, and something sticky on the carpet right next to the bed. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and there was no central way to control it and no way to turn it down so it would make less noise, without sweltering in stale air. The shower had a VERY slippery floor, I nearly went flying as soon as I stepped in. And there was no anti-slip mat. I had expected to get dinner at the airport after I returned my rental car before taking the shuttle to the hotel, but the airport restaurant was inexplicably closed. I got to the hotel and there were no options for food. I had expected some sort of restaurant or cafe in the hotel, where one could get a simple meal. The only option was microwave ramen noodles. The rooms are fitted out with a microwave and a large fridge. One would think if you go to the expense of putting these in every room you would put some mini-bar options, some alcohol and/or snacks that guests could use and pay for. I went without dinner because the only option was to do DoorDash and that would be too time-consuming.

Very clean, friendly staff, and great accommodations

Everything was great! My daughter loved the pool and I enjoyed the spa! Rooms had everything you could ask for and the service was wonderful!

There were a couple times where I would go down into the lobby for questions but no one was at the counter and even after ringing the bell no one came

Stay ruined by very rude general manager

I have stayed previously at this hotel and given much better ratings. This Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is acceptable with multiple options, juice, and strong coffee.

The stay was ruined when I was belittled in the lobby by the general manager Gina, in front of another hotel employee and possibly other hotel guests. Her voice, tone, and gestures were very confrontational and condescending. I cannot recall ever being treated so poorly by a hotel's staff. Usually, hotels' staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Good customer service is typically a corporate priority. Gina would not let me explain about the honest mistake I had made while making the reservation, and which I had tried to remedy earlier and immediately with Booking,com. She then stated she was paid to uphold the policies of her employer and would not help me in any way. (I will continue to pursue this matter with Booking.com and the hotel owners, if possible.) I will not be returning to this hotel as I was made to feel unwelcome, and the hotel obviously does not want my business.

It's okay but thought it would have been better

It was okay but the waffle station was awful. It was a mess and people were waiting for people to make 2-3 waffles each

When I used the bathroom once, it flushed.After that it would not flush again. Water had been shut off. The TV also did not work correctly. Stations did not match guide and could not access local stations.

Not good at all. Will not stay there again.

The carpet looked as though teenagers just had a rave. There was moldy paint peeling of thr wall in the shower. There was dust on all the furnishings. The matress was straight out of the 70's, springs hurt.

Everything! The best thing about the stay was the receptionist. She was spot on ! Very helpful young lady.

I wouldn’t go back there nor would I recommend it

Cleaning service was once every third day — garbage cans not emptied, no clean towels or linens service, no vacuuming of the room, desk staff unfriendly

Decent location. Bed was good. Room clean. Breakfast Ok.

Tons of deferred maintenance. Place could be 6 to 7/10 with painting touch up, tile replacement, elevator service, working ice machine, carpet cleaning, etc. Not worth the price and below average for a Choice Hotels property.

Simple and right off the freeway..

Mmmm, not too sure, maybe breakfast and coffee in the room. Behind it was a pasture and some cows which was sort of cool…

was about a 4 mile walk to downtown where we ate. can’t remember too much about this place but think it was just ok.

Nothing. Would not stay or recommend. Disappointed.

Conditions of facility worn and outdated. Help often not at desk at check in. Though bkf choices OK none of the food was warm.

Nothing..they charged my credit card but said I didn't have a reservation..refused to talk to my credit card comt about a refund ..and left me homeless in another state because there were no rooms available for 100 miles.

as always it’s a great place to stay and we love that it’s like home away from home! staff is EXCEPTIONAL!

Poor front desk help

The breakfast was great and the gal who made the breakfast was awesome

We were towing a trailer. We were on our way back from Montana to Oregon. It was late and we had my mother inlaw who is in a trailer with us. The time was already almost midnight and the man who checked us in wasn't very nice. Also we asked him if we could park the truck with the trailer on the property. He rudely said that we couldn't because he was still expecting 8 more guests for the night. My husband and I counted 22 empty parking spots. We will not be staying at this location again.

The motel itself seem to be nice and clean in the lobby area and the staff was really nice

The property was nice and clean in the lobby

there was mold on the top of our shower. There was old pop, bottle and junk underneath the bed. The clerk that checked is in overcharged me three times and my son one extra time he did a reversal, but that held up my money for the weekend.

Exceptional

We loved the spaciousness, the layout, the comfort, and cleanliness of the room, especially for the price! It was so nice! And the breakfast was wonderful! The nighttime desk staff was so kind and welcoming (I didn't catch his name but I remember that he was in a wheelchair). Very enjoyable experience, we will stay here again next time we're in the area!

Breakfast was great, location was good for us, our room was terrific and we enjoyed having the jacuzzi in our room. The pool and spa were a plus.

Sometimes staff was a bit slow in responding at the front desk and catered more to the sports team than our needs for our group to have our rooms close together, but, I should have requested that before we got there.

If all third parties like yourselves would communicate what we needed at each hotel not one of them did all hotels we stayed at 4 in all all said the same thing why ask us what we want and need you don’t tell the hotels my handicapped had to sleep on the floor she couldn’t get in bed and the toilet was so low I had to help her on and off I had never seen one so low we will call hotels first so we get what we need

It's an older building that needs updating. Our toilet was like a rocking horse although they did try to fix it. Elevator is scary...people are super nice though

I did not stay nor would I ever recommend.

I did not stay due to unstated policy of if you live within a certain. umber of miles, you cannot rent a room there. I’m an older business professional looking to crash for the night for an early start at work the next day.

Rude customer service who put me on hold while he attended a phone which came in after I arrived. Shouldn’t the customer who is physically there be taken care of first?

As one of the more expensive Boise airport hotels I was dissatisfied with room, furniture was shabby, bathroom showed signs of deferred maintenance Breakfast was very standard American motel fair - high fat and carb, few healthy options
