Great location and staff, but very poor condition room— not desire to stay for an extended time here!

This location is about 5 minutes from the airport! The staff was very friendly. They helped us check in early, which we appreciated a lot!!

Our room smelled of stale cigarettes and dirty laundry. There was nail polish stuck on the countertop in the bathroom as well as the bathroom floor. The toilet had streaks in it and did not stop running unless the handle was jiggled after every single flush. The shower filled with water, so you were standing in an inch of water when showering. The cover that went over the AC controls was broken off and in the middle of the room upon entering. The room key pamphlet that I was given actually contained a squished bug as well! For $140 a night, I definitely expected better quality. I would not want to stay here again for one night let alone an extended stay. I will likely not rebook with all of these issues.

Clean room, hotel itself smelled bad, will call you to pester for a review.

Room was clean. In order to make a cup of coffee, I would have needed to get a coffee maker from the front desk...which wasn't worth the trouble as I was only there for 1 night.

The hallways and stairwells smelled like dirty diapers/rotting trash. While I was still on vacation in another city, I was called 2x wanting me to leave a review of my stay. I found this to be an annoyance and a bit of harassment, as it interrupted my vacation.

Great value for the money. I would stay again.

Front desk was very helpful at check-in. And front desk was very helpful at check out.

When you advertise free breakfast, I thought it actually meant stuff like eggs, bacon, toast, etc. not granola bars!

Nothing!

There were “guests” laying on their cars outside smoking pot, the front door was locked, a guest unlocked the door and called for the attendant. She came out and couldn’t find my booking even with my confirmation email. The place was a sleazy dive, reeking of alcohol and I left immediately after she told me to “wait outside until your booking comes through on the front desk computer “ (??!!!)

Last time I stayed in this location it was great. The room is awesome. This time, the room we stayed in smells musty and has a damp carpet.

It was ok. However, I would not stay there again.

Hotel was close to the highway and easy access to where we were working. Food available within walking distance.

Lot's of families seemed to be "Living" there. They were loud in the morning and evening. Breakfast said it was "Continental". It was granola bars & coffee. Families were cooking meals and it caused the hotel to smell.

Although i booked a room and had a confirmation number, rooms weren't available

Although i booked a room and had a confirmation number, the front desk attendant informed me the have negative two rooms available. With no rooms available, i had to begin search for accommodations anew, after a 12+ hour day of travel. How is it in this day and age that booking a room with confirmation doesn't mean that you'll get a room? This is the second time i know of this occuring with booking.com. Unacceptable, and i won't continue using this service.

Disappointing

Quiet and mostly no bothersom neighbors

Staff at this place isn't too friendly- with the exception of Katie, she was quite friendly and understanding. But beyond that, they were extremely rude, and disrespectful. My room was mostly clean but the table tops had something splattered all over them that I don't think I want to know what it was, as well as the walls. And there was white streaky substance all over the chair upon check-in

Our room seemed as if it hadn’t been turn down properly. Had to get towels and even bedding from front desk because there was nothing in our room. There were old beer cans and trash under the bed.

Very nice area to walk my dog. Good location—quiet.

Location was great. Easy in and out. Good areas to walk my dog (please pick up your dog’s poo—staff should not have to).

Funky odor in room. Maybe needed an odor neutralizer. Smelled of previous occupant. Room was clean just had weird smell.

Breakfast not served early enough on Saturday. No info in the room about breakfast, like an information card or anything. Lobby was not a drive under, walk in the door kind of thing. Had to park and walk over to lobby.

Enjoyed the comfy bed and 3 pillows, not to mention the coffee and breakfast snacks.

The location was great, the service was really good. The place is pretty clean.

The big thing for us was that there was a kitchenette yet no pots not dishes, not even a fork, knife or glass. We bought food but couldn't eat it because there was not plates or cookware. Also there is no fans in the bathrooms. That makes the small room smell and fills it up humidity after a couple of showers.

Our room was clean except the bathroom. There was used, unflushed toilet paper in the toilet. Looked as if it wasn't even cleaned because there was drips of dry yellow pee on the seat and base of the toilet

A bit disappointed in hair on sheets, no cups and no in-room coffee.

Room was decent.

Bed had hair on sheets- ugh!! No cups for water, no in-room coffee. There was no breakfast as advertised and coffee should be available 24/7.
