Scam room, don't do it

Nice staff

Room was misrepresented. Paid twice. Not a suite with own hot tub. Total scam and do not recommend to anyone.

Route 66 stopover

Found the hotel clean and no major issues, staff helpful to move our room away from the busy interstate, breakfast was nice

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

Room cleanliness was questionable...room smelled musky; there was wall damage around the a/c unit where it looked like it had leaked, so I assume that's where the smell came from.

All dogs apparently stay at Holiday Inn!

Breakfast was very nice. There seemed to be a lot of dogs staying at this motel.I didn’t appreciate that dogs were allowed in eating area. One lady had 3 dogs!

Dogs should not be in a eating area as far as I am concerned.Some were very large dogs. We took our breakfast back to our room.

This hotel is the creeps and honestly didn’t feel comfortable at all. especially since I woke up and had bites on me I DID NOT have before.

I was charged twice, once through the booking company and the motel even after I told I already paid

I had made a reservation through a booking company, but a couple of days later had changed it. The motel didn’t seem to know that and told us that our reservation was for the night before..I had documented it in case there was a problem, but they still honored our stay for that night. I had told the person at the desk I had already paid through a booking company, but she still charged me again.

Nothing the room was supposed to be a connected room it was a room with the storage closet I paid for two rooms ad got one room with all the junk from the other rooms

The room was horrible and dirty it was not even supposed to be rented out need my money back I am owed $198 how do I get my money I talked to booking.com was told I would be credited back to my card never received it
