Front desk called at 6pm asking "if we really needed the 3 queen room" that we booked. We were told it "wasnt ready" and asked how long til we arrive so they could get it ready. What?? When we checked in they said someone was there "two nights ago" and some rambling that made no sense. Showers were cold. One kid woke up covered in bug bites. Breakfast was terrible and that room also dirty.

Overall, meh. The room A/C was not on when we arrived (September >90F temps). Towels were scratchy and should be trashed because they are stained with black spots everywhere (like cigarette ash but permanent). At least bar soap, bodywash, shampoo, tissues, & hair dryer were provided in room. Fridge & microwave in the room worked. Hotel had luggage carts for use. Parking lot is small and spaces are tight for SUVs/trucks, especially when drivers don’t know how to park straight. Wifi doesn’t work in the room at all. Small room was crowded by the furniture but seemed clean enough. Satellite tv had excellent picture clarity & signal. Breakfast provided was not worth eating other than the make-your-own waffle station. Not much grass or shrubs for dogs. Not many hotels in the area to choose from so since this place wasn’t offensive, we plan to stay here again on our return trip.

Nothing like our first stay and would not recommend to anyone. This hotel is definitely run by penny-pinchers. Again, the room A/C was not on when we arrived, but at least this time the day’s high temp wasn’t so oppressive. Room floor was dirty, could see footprints & dirt tracks on vinyl flooring. The fridge was off & smelled like death. When I called to report it broken to the front desk, the employee Nidhi was rude and rather than send someone to the room, she had us verify the fridge was plugged in. In order to see the cords & plugs, we had to tilt the fridge and move the giant cabinet it & the microwave were in. Who knew that a fridge would plug INTO THE MICROWAVE which is then plugged into the wall?!? And no, the MICROWAVE was not plugged into the wall. SMH. So we plugged in the microwave, and cranked down the fridge temp but the rotting animal smell never went away so we couldn’t use the fridge. But the fact that Nidhi jumped to the conclusion of the fridge not being plugged in makes us think that this is a common occurrence, probably because housekeepers are told to unplug appliances so the hotel doesn’t have to spend money on their energy bill. Cheap practices IMO. Also, tilting the fridge resulted in a giant water spill on the floor. We had limited towels in the room but had to sacrifice one to the spill. But the towels are junk here anyway so we just skipped showering. After this second stay, we recommended everyone SKIP this place and maybe Santa Rosa completely.

Part of me wants to leave two seperate reviews. I will say that the night office lady was very nice and helpful. The room was eh and had a few fleas. But it was a "pet friendly" room so thats probably just one of those. It also didnt seem like the towels were clean. One had a bunch of black hair in it. The office person in the morning was acting like they hated their job. We went down for breakfast around 6:15 and after I got a bowl out of a cabinet for cereal. (No bowls or plates were out yet and I didnt notice an employee to ask) he came out and started slamming cabinets as he finished setting up breakfast. A couple other guest commented on the bad attitude as well.

Worked for a quick over night stay during road trip but a/c was noisy (my husband had to sleep with ear buds in) and towels were dingy.

Reserved months in advance for King Bed. Arrived and no king bed available. Why? Ok, went to room and A/c was awful. Warm room, but my large fan helped cool it. Next morning, the breakfast was shut down 20 min early. When asked, the lady said, most people are gone before 9. Hello? We're standing there. Another family came in and complained as well saying they got in at 1am. Won't be going back. the Indian owners are obviously cutting corners and trying to save $$. Don't recommend.
