The inside pull and breakfast

There were two front desk representative, they treated my like crap literally, I traveled with 4 kids and my husband after trying to check in the front desk representative told me he couldn’t find my reservation and since I booked with booking I would need to call them , I tried to show him confirmation emails he refused to hear anything I said , consistently saying booking confirmation is no good . After traveling 4 hours to get there , he didn’t try assist me at all didn’t know the manger was in the back until literally a hour after waiting on confirmation from booking and still no luck with him. The manger can out and just rebooked me and still was dismissal to how I was treated and put me in a nasty room I was so exhausted I just dealt with it and got through the night I’m very upset and will never visit this property again, it was 3 weird people and they continue to laugh while I was frustrated with my family.

My family’s stay was short but overall pleasant and we enjoyed ourselves.. everyone could not stop talking about the gre

Clean, perfect location to stores, parks, sights , restaurants etc . The staff is awesome

Parking was too full… not enough handicap parking spaces near enough to the entrance and it would be the greatest thing if we could have had some hot breakfast items.. I understand the quick convenience of the mostly cold Breakfast but there are a few fast food options you can offer such as waffles links/patties/ beacon maybe and an eggs .. just a suggestion.. I was really looking forward to some good waffles. With how lovely the property is a few warm items would be a great addition

Great stay!

The staff were terrific and the room was very clean. It was super close to our convention and we were able to take the skyway to the convention center.

There were renovations going on so it was a bit loud, and since our room was recently renovated the mattress was hard as a rock.

Disappointing Stay

Location...friendly staff.

Renovations going on throughout our stay. Dust everywhere. Elevator floors dirty...The place was a shambles..Request for no housekeeping ignored..No washcloths in room upon check in and the list goes on

Highly disappointed in my stay.

The breakfast, and the location. Park across street

The king bed was a disaster, and after trying to change rooms I gave up. The front desk apologized the next morning, but couldn't give refund because booked on booking com. I would never use booking.com or priceline.com if you ever want resolution to problems!

Nice get away for our board game event with excellent accommodations!

Super nice facilities for our Board game event, we had plenty of room and the hotel is upgrading their rooms. We had a recently upgraded room and it was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a nice order your omelette, eggs bacon and sausage area. A lot of seating area for breakfast.

Nothing really, there was some light re-modeling being done but a sign explaining it was at the doorway. They have to upgrade at some point and it wasn’t distracting at all.

Enjoyable, I would stay again.

Breakfast was very good. I loved the ability to walk from Embassy Suites to the Von Braun Center.

Room could use some updating. Frig freezer needed defrosting. Carpet needs replaced.

Wonderful time, we cant wait to see the new improvements and be will be back in a few months.

Fantastic breakfast and options. Even my picky eater had more then enough to choose from, she cant stop taking about how good everything was.

The shampoo and conditioner were very low and difficult to get out.

Room was outdated

The staff was very friendly.

The rooms needed updating. The carpet was stained and needed to be changed. The carpet, curtains, and lighting were very old. I wouldn't expect to pay this much for such an outdated room.

Weekend stay

The property was great, very clean and the staff were over the top helpful and friendly. You also get 2 free drinks every evening at Happy Hour. And the breakfast in the morning is delicious. Will definitely be staying there whenever I’m in Huntsville

Great Location for going to the Von Braun Theater.

Embassy Suites brand is always a good choice. The location was great for going to a theater performance at the Von Braun Center. Excellent breakfast.

Check in was a pain! Apparently, if you prepay through Booking.com the hotel doesn’t get paid directly or immediately. They had our room reservations, but could not issue a room key until the hotel gets some kind of verification code. It took several minutes to get the situation resolved. I will never prepay for a room through Booking again; which means I cannot take advantage of the savings offered.

Very poor

Our room smelled like body odor sooo bad. Both sets of sheets, blankets and pillow cases did. We could literally smell it on our skin the next day. Sooo gross.

Never again

The location was great, less than 10mins away from the event we had come to attend. I also really like the layout and overall feel of the lobby area.

The cleanliness of the room was awful, the smell the bed and broken furniture. The room we were moved to was no better. My son left the facility covered in some sort of bites/bumps; my guess is bed bugs.

I loved the hotel!!! It was awesome and my pet was allowed there and the staff loved her. BREAKFAST IS THE BEST!!! LOVE THE OMLETS!!!!

The restaurants aren't close to the hotel. Yes they have a restaurant on site it is delicious but we would have loved to try other places. The evening snacks were not great!!
