I stayed here while team stayed at a B&B. Slept very well. Would return. Recommend it without hesitation.

Convenient to soccer fields where ultimate frisbee tournament was held. Very comfortable bed. Adjacent to mall. Mini-Starbucks in lobby. Courteous and friendly

Too pricey for what I got

The area

The toilet was too low...The water in the sink and tub took too long to drain out. There was alot of dust especially at the head of the bed and under it. The price of the room was too high for the way the room was

A bit overpriced

Location is everything and being in the Bridge Street Town Centre makes this location amazing.

For the price, there should have been "more". I shouldn't have to pay for a buffet breakfast with a room rate of almost $300. The Hyatt next door includes breakfast, so we'll be staying there from now on.

Best location ever, super clean, very comfortable.

It was my first stay here. I paid extra for breakfast but wasn't given a ticket upon check-in. I didn't know a meal ticket was required. A big deal was made about it the next morning while making a breakfast plate. Super annoying and super embarrassing.

Overpriced trash hotel. Dirty TILE WALLS in the bathroom. Dirty BED SHEETS. No MICROWAVE. Pool and hot tub closed for renovations. $18.99 for breakfast buffet. Absolutely will never stay here again. 💯%

Great location.

The one-bedroom suite I booked at the Westin was unavailable due to maintenance issues. So we were moved to the sister hotel next door to a similar room. Given that The Westin is supposed to be higher end product, one would expect such issues, especially for a suite, to be quickly managed. Unimpressive....but then again, par for the course for Huntsville.

decided to treat myself and get a suite. what I did not expect was to find mold, dirty bedsheets and blood on the pillow of my $700 a night room.

Very good

The breakfast was extremely expensive for what you got and they were severely understaffed. It literally took the waitress 20 minutes to get us our coffee and water and another 30 minutes to get us our bill (by no fault of her own, she was running her tail off!) This place needs to just put out self serve coffee and drinks to ease the load on their wait staff a bit. It took 1 1/2 hours to get through breakfast and we ate in like 15 minutes. We spent so much time waiting and waiting

Room 1 not cleaned Room 2 suppose to be clean however…. bedding was very old, comforter was bumpy Hair on glasses Found articles in room and turned them into front desk No towels at pool, water cold We brought our own bedding from car to sleep with!
