Horrible clientele kept us up all night/woke us up at 3 and 5am screaming/yelling at one another. The room is much smaller than advertised, can hardly walk around. Furniture is falling apart and there are holes in the walls.

Stay here again.

Location perfect. Staff very helpful. Close safe parking. Clean. Last minute reservation and was pleasantly surprised by accommodations.

Little cramped for family of 4 but did the job and served it’s purpose effectively.

dirty, bed was supposed to be a queen, it was a double. the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. the air conditioner was leaking tons of water all over the floor. no dresser, just a falling apart cabinet.

Did not stay…..a disgusting room in a fire hazard motel at a good location. Shame on you Booking.com

Old , gross, in disrepair and rusty wooden stairs….a real fire hazard!! After this trip will never use booking. Com again!!!!! Did I say gross , disgusting and a fire hazard! I meant it!!!!!

It was fine, just not for me.

The location was perfect but since we went in November everything was closed. when I say everything, I mean everything.

The pictures are extremely deceiving. If you want 5 star, this isn’t your place. If you want a great location and a place to just lay your head and shower, this place is for you. The staff is extremely nice and even offered to feed us because the only food place that was open was 7/11. My sister and I just ended up leaving and drove to our next road trip destination.

The place was not great and many things that could have been better.

Room 9 on the third floor was a double oceanfront room facing the beach. To open your door and look right at the beach was beyond words. That was amazing! It also had access to oceanfront deck.

No person is at the office at all times. You have to call the number on the door and may not get someone to answer the phone. That is not good. I did not know the room was on the third floor. The second inner staircase had no railing. No coffee maker/pot. It did not have a table and chairs to sit and eat. No iron or ironing board. No hair dryer. No place to hang clothes. Black mold was in the air conditioner. It also had access to oceanfront deck. Which is 2 steps down off third floor. So if you are on the third floor at any time people can go on the oceanfront deck. As long as people are not loud at night you will be able to sleep.

A place to sleep for one night.

It was right on the boardwalk and beach.

We booked a queen room and got a 2 double room, which wasn’t really an issue . The bed was very dusty as well as ceiling tiles missing in the bathroom and paint peeling from walls.

Not worth the money

Dirty rooms, first room had dirty underwear and was given attitude when we asked about it. after being moved to a new room which they did not want to do the head board was completely broken. No toilet paper, no towels and the new room was dirty also.

I had ants in the bathroom, no screen for my window, one lamp for the whole room, and all the shelves were failing down. my friends room next to me had a sink that was leaking from the drains and management knew about it because it had a towel underneath. Managment was notified and nothing was done. I also was with my 9 month old and I was so nervous she might get sick from one night in that room.

the room was NOT what I booked. I booked for a queen room and got a 2 full size beds and a twin bed. it wasn’t in the hotel I booked either. it was in the hotel next door that they also own.

Decent place to stay for the price if issues listed above were cared for.

Helpful staff. Location. Security of the room for a single person.

The dozen plus emails from you guys!!! That bathroom fan did not work. No TP holder, so it sat on back of toilet, and was damp through its paper wrapper. No wash cloths provided. Bed was not made and towels changed each day.

Great location. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Rooms are very small but very clean.

Being right on the boardwalk. Very close to the food and entertainment area. The top patio. Parking space is available for all guests.

Walking up many stairs to get to our room. Parking was a bit tight since we had a SUV.

Filthy, outdated, moldy

The only thing I liked was it is pet friendl!

It is nothing like it appears in the photos! A/C’s are filthy and NEVER cleaned! Not good for allergies! The price is not comparable to the amenities and cleanliness! Quite grimy! I give it 0 stars!

Phenomenal location....but be prepared.

The location was phenomenal! Roof top deck had a great view and right on the boardwalk. Would stay again only because of location.

Upon arrival around 10am I went to the office to ask about a parking spot and no one was there. I called the number on the desk and was told I had to wait until after noon to park. I ended up paying for street parking for the 3 days I was there because using the lot ran the risk of being blocked in. We came back to check in and were told the housekeeper had our key up on our floor. She was not there and we had to find her on the second floor but she was very friendly. While the AC was running I used my hairdryer and the power went out. Thankfully when I called they answered and turned it back on quickly. The room was so so, tolerable but some mold on ceiling of shower. The room could have used another place to set luggage and a mini fridge that wasn't so short and on the floor. We were never told the wifi password and were not given enough towels. When I realized, every time we were at the hotel, no one was in the office to ask for these things.

only one night and couldn’t wait to get back on the road

location was right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach

no elevator and we were put on the 3rd floor. staff at hotel did help with some of the bags. rooms were pretty outdated and really not quite as displayed online. power to just our room went out 4 times in about 2 hours. staff were quick to reset breakers but that the room next to ours plugged the heater into the ac plug (which I don’t understand) but this corrected our power issues

The one plus is the location right on the boardwalk

The bathroom ceiling was falling. There was tape covering imperfections in the shower. Shower for broken. No washcloths. Beds were hard as a rock.

Disappointing

I like that it was right one the boardwalk.

When we arrived to the room. It looked as though someone had just walked out. The tv was left on and you could tell someone was laying in the beds. There were also 3 people listed for the room booking and only 2 towels. The shower doors did not close and the beds were terrible. I also booked a room next door for another family member and they had a blow up mattress! WTH? The pictures that are posted are super deceiving! Literally the only good thing about the room was the location.

terribly uncomfortable bed on a squeaky metal bed frame, paper thin walls and loud ass neighbors, dirty shower stall, nasty mini fridge, hair in the bed…not ours, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, just a huge NO!

Disappointing

The location was amazing. I was able to open the door and see the ocean.

There was an issue where 3 cops were called and the issue was next to our room. We felt very uncomfortable and was told that the girl was “only drunk and it happens all the time”
