Clean, comfortable, suite at a great value!

It was convenient to a decent restaurant. Although I didn’t use the suite appliances, I was glad to know that they were there. I will definitely be looking for Candlewood Suites in my future travels.

No pool, no phone in room, delay in elevators going down, no breakfast, prices unreasonable for food and drinks, tv service not good at times, shower curtains were torn and water pressure was weak in the shower

Exactly what we needed

Location, kitchen and bath, and the excellent staff service

Whole hallway smelled strongly of dog the first two days. TV didn’t work for first day.

The location is great. Had an emergency at home so I booked here because it's right across the street from my job

The trash from previous people was left. I did question the cleanliness of the room after that, however, the front desk obliged when I asked for a new set of linens and towels.

shower was overflowing and dirty. I asked staff to clean shower and get drain or something fixed I was told to wait until Monday the day I checked out mind you I was there for a week with a dirty shower

Stealers( OVERCHARGING CARDS)

The location

Was charged several times on my card. Was there from Florida to make final arrangements for my dad. Had to call my bank 2 times for the first 2 overcharges and then to wake up to another charge to be told that it will come off in 3 to7 business days bc they used my card to pay for someone else's room. NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN!
