Right off 95, room was clean, bed comfortable

Early morning staff was rude to my wife. She had to get ahold of me for an emergency and the staff refused to connect her to my room, ring my room and take a message. This is pure laziness and he needs a training on customer service.

Practical place to stay for ECU graduation since Greenville was sold out.

Good location, grateful for breakfast included.

Some parts of the facility need an extra deep cleaning and repair.

Good value for your money. Hopefully you don’t have noisy neighbors

Location was great, right near the main roads and plenty of food places around. We booked the double Queen beds and it was comfortable. There was a pool onsite that we didn’t get to check out since we’ve been on the road all day and just wanted to lay down

The walls are paper thin. I heard everything going on next door with the kids yelling and screeching all early in the morning and their conversations. Whoever stayed above us was walking back n forth in their room all morning

I wasn't expecting a lot but a clean bathroom experience is important.

Location and breakfast.

Bathroom was not well kept. Mold in shower group and tub had stains. We didn't use it. Furniture vert worn.

Good as a sleep stop for 1 night when on the road.

It was conveniently located off of I-95 and had places to eat close by.

Front desk person was unfriendly. The hotel looked worn out. The rugs in the hallway were stained and badly installed with bumps that I tripped on and almost fell. The room had a strange smell like gym socks that were tucked away and we just got whiffs of it every few minutes. The room was decent and clean. Though, the sheets are kind of thin, the air conditioner is loud and the bathroom looked as if only half had been updated. The sink was cracked. The breakfast was ok the morning staff was very welcoming and helpful and it seemed safe enough.

My stay was awful. I’ll never visit this location again.

The breakfast was okay. My room was not the cleanest. The shower had long red hairs on liner and wall. Behind bathroom door & toilet had hair on bottom. I reported to front desk and was given mangers business card. I would NEVER…stay again. Also shower drain didn’t drain out water covering my feet through entire shower😩

Comfortable and quiet. Liked the laminent floors, cleaner look. I like a light on both sides of bed. My friend fell asleep early, and I wanted to read, but the lamp btwn was for both sides and too bright to turn on. So I went earlier, too...930p. A decent breakfast and amiable staff. We did tip them. Loved the grits!

The bathroom ceiling, peeling at top. Hair in bathtub. Some darkness shining thru grout. Dark smudges or marks behind bathroom door.

The staff and guests were all very nice and friendly. Decent free breakfast. Convenient accesses. Large and spacious room. I like that there was a lamp with two different white balance bulbs to choose from since I like warmer toned lighting.

The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay which by far was the biggest letdown. Stains on the chairs and sheets. Drainage in sink and shower weren't good.

great location. staff were pleasant. clean and spacious room

fridge in room was unplugged- no mention prior. we plugged it in and it ended up not working anyway. wasted our drinks/food. around elevator and in hall- smelled like marijuana the entire weekend (not kid friendly)
