I liked the location too beach.

Was not expecting to be next to the Pheonix house. No maid service, clean towels needs made. Also noticed flying bugs looked like red ants with wings. didn't have proper bbq tools plastic melts on bbqs. Cost to park was way more than expected, for this reason I won't be returning.

Passing through, this was an ideal location for a short or long stay.

Upgraded to a Sea View Room which was large, open and clean with lots of facilities. Its location is stunning set right on the beach, I couldn`t have got a better location for my short visit to the area.

Great location but parking is a challenge

Excellent location, if you get the suites rooms you can see the ocean, the beach, the sunset, people walking on the boardwalk, palm trees, lots of sunlight. Also it's right on the Venice boardwalk, great for walks any time.

Parking is a challenge. The property doesn't have its own parking, and parking nearby can be very expensive. If you don't have a car that's fine, you can use Uber to go anywhere

The location was AMAZING! and it had everything we needed.

no on-site parking, but then again, not much around that area has parking. it was not a huge issue though.

very busy area, a lot of noise outside even late at night. hard to find the place with google address.

Amazing location and on-site restaurant.

The location was amazing and we loved the restaurant that was downstairs. We also loved the deck and the size of the room.

It is marketed as having a beach view, but it is at the back of the building so you need to be sitting in one place at the edge of the deck and you can then see the beach. It also did not have a working heating system so they brought us a little space heater.

Super close to the Beach, good Restaurant adjacent (Fig Tree).

People in the Rehabilitation Center across the street were too loud, especially in the very early morning, pretty anoying.

Perfect place for a quick solo getaway to reflect and decompress.

Location was perfect— right in front of the beach above a charming little South American inspired restaurant.

The door in the bedroom wasn’t noise proof, so was awaken by the strong noise of the garbage trucks and the “humans” of Venice.

came to see family. location was amazing. will do my homework to find better accommodations next time.

the facilities was on the beach . we got an upgraded to a bigger room… thought that was great..

the upgrade came with flies flies and more flies. we were greeted by a cloud of them. we had private entrance but we could not leave front door open because of flies.. they only seem to be at our location… nowhere else on the beach was like that.. not even by the homeless or trash.

Would not return because of so much transient around that beach

The location of the hotel although it’s right in front of the transient populated beach!!!!

The transient population. Not the hotels fault but so unfortunate to be around especially with kids and family. I just don’t feel safe in the Venice beach area anymore. Parking was ridiculously over priced and not offered by the hotel. Felt unsafe to walk from hotel to our car day or night. I would never return :-( My family really disliked this Venice beach vacation.

Superb

Superb location near beach and nice restaurant. Good beds. Nice cottage with 2 bedrooms and small nice area to sit outside. Thanks to staff for the support when we arrived, well received. Recommended place to stay.

Near street so can be little noisy, but if you know it’s okay and part of the experience. So no big issue.

Enjoyed the beach front access and quick entry to hotel. Cozy room&bed with super clean sheets!!

The bed and room size were really Nice!!! The young man at reception was polite and courteous.

Wish the grocery store was closer as we had a mini kitchen and not much food to cook.
