Parfait pour visiter le bord de mer a pied

L'emplacement entre Venice et Santa Monica,le rooftop au top avec bbq et vue panoramique sur la plage

Le mobilier (surtout canapé lit)n'est pas de bonne qualité, on a dû changer de chambre car il était défectueux ,mais le personnel est très compétent,pas de parking a proximité pour la nuit ,le.parking de l'hôtel est a 15mn a pied ,pas pratique avec les bagages,obligé de payer 20 dollars par jour. Le tarif est un peu cher quand même (280 euros en mars pour une nuit pour 4)

Tesisin konumu denize yakın.

Oda otoparka bakıyordu. Sürekli ses geliyordu. Otopark tesise uzak mesafede ve güvenli değil. Bütün otoparklat güvenli değil dikkat edin. Akşam 8 den sonra evsizler çok fazla yürüyüş yaparken rahatsız ediyorlar

This place is great, fairly priced, and little off the strip off venice where it's clean around the

It was a great location inbetween piers, nice and clean in and around property. The rooftop was a great addition.

There's nothing we could really complain about. Maybe have more glasses or cups available our room didn't have any.

Nice ocean front place, clean, with helping people working there

Great overall location at the ocean front Nice rooftop with wide ocean overview and a barbecue zone Friendly and helpful staff Clean and tidy

The kitchen missed plates (although was fully equipped with all other cooking stuff) Room at the first floor is quite noisy because you can hear all the sounds inside and outside hotel

Watch out, the parking lot attendant lives to boot up cars!

The people that run the parking lot next to the facility booted up at least 4 cars during the 16 hours we were there. They argued with me that I had paid for a parking pass at the wrong address even though I scanned my pass from their sign. there were numerous arguments during the night as people returned to booted cars. Definitely wrecks the ambiance of an otherwise wonderful hotel.

Location, location! Rooms were bright and clean, like having an apartment for the week! Can't beat it for ocean front and boardwalk access.

Drop off and parking. You can park in the lot right next to hotel, but it's $45 a night. Otherwise expect to park a 5 minute walk (at least) to nearest lot for $20 a night. Drop off was a small hassle, entry door is in the front of the building facing the beach. The elevator is small, and a little difficult to maneuver luggage, but it's manageable.

Few issues, but not bad overall.

Beach front. Clean.

1) On our arrival on 12/28/22 at 11 PM and no one picked the three phones listed on the door, lobby supposed to be open until 12AM. With my family waiting in car, I kept calling for about 10 minutes and luckily an employee happened to walk by. He was not on the clock, not supposed to be working, but he checked us in. Of course he was grumbling that some needs to be fired for not answering phones, as it was only 11 PM, not 12 AM lobby close time. 2) Parking is a good 7 minutes walk away and these days it was raining, so made it more hard. 3) They had water heater issues and often water was just luke warm and not hot.

Parking in the area is a nightmare, the recommended parking is ok but a good 10min walk away - do that a few times and you quickly get over it.
