If it wasn't for the mice and towels it would get a better rating

The price, the service , was great. The rooms needs an ozone treatment to remove the strong mildew

The staff was super nice and attentive.

The AC leaked all night. And room 114 has a strong odor of mildew. The maintenance guy was in the room when I arrived with the water extractor but when we returned later in the evening the floor was soaked. . I guess the AC had an issue prior to us arriving.

Great little weekend getaway spot

The location is awesome restaurants and grocery stores close by

The rooms could use some updating it's 2024. That was a lot of construction going on the building.

Not a good place to stay

The a/c and shower worked at least.

Room dirty, hair all over floor, room smells moldy, carpet filthy, furniture outdated, Roaches everywhere on walls crawling outside. Reservation does not mention any additional charges. Arrived at hotel and had to pay another $50 which they said was for incidentals. When I complained, the desk clerk said "oh don't worry, you get the $50 right back when u check out." It's been 24 hours and I still haven't receivemfffunds back I. Mm mmm f

The prices were higher than I planned to pay, but Thank God , I was able to get reservations with Beachcomber.

The staff was great. The value of the hotel was greater than the quality of the room. Much needed updates. The tile was loose in the bathroom floor, the carpet in the room felt disgusting to walk on, so there for you had to wear does in the room. Much needed updates.

The quality of the room. It’s clean but the carpet is a bit disgusting to walk on, you have to wear doors & for the price I don’t feel like I should have to wear shoes in my room. Other than that, the staff was pleasant & the location is good & the room was clean.

Nothing about the place was nice except the lady’s working the front desk

There where young people off the street smoking dope in the stair wells loud trucks in parking lot doing who knows what giving these young people somthing out the windows and noise all night

Easy to navigate, parking lot was good, waffle house discount was awesome

Thin walls. Boys knocking on our door at 1am nonstop no matter what we did until someone saw them doing it. Fights in the parking lot and teenagers running around screaming.

Great for cruisers.

They offer free parking for cruisers. Easy access on first floor rooms

Room by stairs can be loud early and late.

Stay away!! Dirtiest room ever!

Dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. Do not stay here. We left and went to a different hotel. We booked a king bed room months in advance but were given this disgustingly dirty 2 double bed room. They said there wasn’t a king available so couldn’t switch us to the room we actually booked. Wouldn’t refund the first night even though they didn’t provide the room they were supposed to.

Great place to stay

The staff was great and very accomadting. Amber was awesome and very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

room had moldy smell, not fresh, remote didn’t work, some lamps didn’t work, phone cord had to be replaced, no working clock , no ocean view

All in all a good place to stay,

If you mention beachcombers at the waffle house next-door you get a discount on your breakfast.

The room looked more updated in the pictures than they were in person.
