Below average!!!

The breakfast was good, a nice little selection and the staff was helpful. The location was ok for us because it was only a one night stopover before heading too the Ocean City the next morning.

The photos of the hotel are a lot better than what you actually get, this place needs some TLC. Not up to our usual standards. You are lead to believe that the bar and restaurant is part of the hotel but in actual fact it is a public Pub that is across the street from the Hotel, it was ok for what we needed. Im glad we we're only staying one night.

Clean, fresh and convenient

Breakfast was not the best but decent enough. More food choices like waffle or pancakes would have been nice. Loved the fact that it had an airport shuttle. That was great

The lights in the room were dimmer than I wanted. And the sound of construction was not appreciated. The view was non existent. Would have loved a play area for kids.

Everything! The staff were amazing, asking us about the event we were there for and genuinely interested in what we said. I've never stayed in a nicer hotel!

Decent price but outdated

The staff was kind and helpful when asked a question or when you needed assistance. The place was overall nice but somewhat outdated. I appreciated having access to breakfast each morning. It was also about a 10 minute drive to Arundel Mills which has many options for eating or things to do.

The place was somewhat outdated and our room was very dusty as if it had not been dusted in a while. The bed was comfortable and the TV channels were anhhhh. There was no charging ports which in these days and times would be helpful in facilities.

we wouldn’t stay again, but it was nice to get away!

we really were a little surprised at the decor but it was nicely decorated

how do I begin with slow check in (our rep answered multiple calls before we were given our room keys) and how unsure he was if his job, we also ran out of warm water to take a shower, and our eggs were a bit runny at breakfast. we noticed peeling wallpaper and stains on the mattress, it was also right next to a construction zone so it was kinda loud enjoying breakfast, also the ice room was a bit small with the vending machine in it

Our non-smoking room was full of smoke smell. The bathrooms had no exhaust system so it was extremely humid.

Great hotel and staff.

We enjoyed how quiet it was and also how friendly the staff was. My son loved the pool and the breakfast. Every morning the breakfast staff was nice and had enough food set out and replaced things that went out quickly.

The air conditioner in our room did not push the cool air around the room, just in the area of the air conditioner. We endded up kinda warm at night but during the day it was okay.
