Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

The room did not have any blinds, only a sheer curtain. The tv did not hardly work. One of the house keepers stole my wives hair straightener.

Love Best Western!

It was modern and clean. The room was very nice and not moist like some hotels. The bed was very comfortable, my husband is still talking about wanting it in our house after days of being home haha

I wish there would have been a bit more seating for the breakfast, but really that's not a big deal! Not much to complain about for me.

Awful, had to pay and didn’t stay and customer service could care less.

We didn’t even stay it was so nasty so I had to pay for a 2nd hotel.

We didn’t even stay because it was so bad so I had to pay for a 2nd hotel. Badge in security entrance broke so not secure Toilet dirty Once white sheets had yellow stains Broken floor was a tripping hazard No where to sit

It was 1:30 left for breakfast to be done and there was like not much left, just waffles and juice and bacon, nobody went back to fill the other stuff up, front desk wasn’t present twice when we needed

Was really convivence for us because we went to the Smokies Baseball game. The room was clean.

Room was clean, enjoyed having a bigger bath tub.

The breakfast could of been better, didn't enjoy the breakfast.

Our stay was pleasant and staff very helpful.

Rooms are nice and staff is very friendly and helpful

Location is about 12 miles from the main attractions. Nothing close to hotel to do. Beds and pillows are not the best unless you like a firm bed.

will stay again for the pool!

The heated pool and breakfast options were fantastic. We were able to enjoy the pool after arriving at 9:30pm because the pool is open 24 hours! A huge plus was how warm it was.

Frayed carpet in room and unable to turn off balcony light causing the room to not be as dark at night as preferred.

Fridge was missing a leg and we had to put something under one corner to b able to use it. Breakfast was sparse.

Very nice and comfortable

The room was very clean and spacious, the pool is heated so swimming was nice, and the breakfast was very good.

The pool and gum was open 24/7. Also like the fact bfkst 7-10.

There was an odd smell, there wasn't very much of a bfkst choice. The fire put wasn't on.

It is a good, cheap place to stay.

I liked the location, it wasn’t in the middle of everything and was a good place to wind down. We have stayed here before and the condition of the room was as good as before!

When we got to our room, our room door was open. We had to get someone from the front desk to go through it and check to make sure it was safe. there was also an odd cord by the tv that said “rec” on it but wasn’t plugged up. overall we just got an odd feeling.

Okay for a night if you are ballin on a budget

Price was affordable compared to other hotels within 10 mile radius.

No soundproof, loud guests yelling in the hallways inconsiderate of other guests. Barely slept and had an early flight.

the safety I fault.

the shower curtains need to be better and the shower rods. when taking a shower the curtain would not stay up to block water in. also the breakfast needs to be kept up more.
