Rude desk Person, broken fixtures

The price

Did not like the female at the front desk. Rude! Put us on the top floor when there was bottom floor available. Accused of us smoking when we wasn't. Tried to charge us an extra $10. The sink did have cold water towel rack in bathroom was broken, the light in the bathroom only had 2 bulbs in a 4 lighted fixture.

One of the worst stays so far!

Staff was rude, they complained about my autistic son making any messes so had to vacuum out our own room & the heater didn't work well at all!!

The staff was friendly.

The pool is not open. The hotel lied to booking and refuses to refund all or part of the cost. We booked a hotel specifically to swim so it was a complete waste of money.

Spotless and won't stay anywhere else!

There was no dust, no crumbs, no hair....this room was absolutely by far the cleanest room I've ever been in let alone slept in!! The owners were very friendly and genuinely made you feel welcome and comfortable!

Rooms were slightly outdated, but i could care less in comparison to everything else that was perfect!

Best hospitality overnight facility vale in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Outstanding service from the folks at Wagner Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkasas! We booked through the internet and Wagner Inn required no deposit and we could cancel reservation up to 24 hours before our stay, if necessary. Room was as described...clean, comfortable, complete with Microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, packet of coffee, two queen-size beds, two extra blankets, first-floor room easily accommodated my husband's electric wheelchair, nice color TV with wide selection of channels, easily adjustable room heater/air-conditioner and very reasonable room rate for our 4-night stay. We will stay at the Wagner Inn every time that we visit Eureka Springs, Arkansas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There was nothing for us to dislike at the Wagner Inn.

The lady yelled at me that we upset the dog but we didn' even touch or try to pet the dog..

The location

They have a huge dog in the lobby that got out due to a staff member and the dog jumped on mu daughter. It was barking and growling at her. It scratched her back. We have tried for a week to get a hold of them. We have asked for a full refund but nobody will call us back.

Altho there were a few things that were "bad" I would definatly stay here again.

Staff friendly. Fast check in. Room clean. Location great. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location. Wi-Fi connection great.

Our tub facet was running was soon as we walked in the door. No matter how much I messed w it, it wouldn't turn completely off. I just closed the bathroom door so we didnt have to hear it all night. When we took a shower the water would go from hot to cold w out turning the knob. The curtains could be a little more darkening.
