This was a very beautiful hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was amazing. They had real quiche which is my favorite!

Will never make that mistake again. And this is first time I’ve ever had to write a bad review.

The room smelled horrible, not sure if it was mold or excessive cleaning solution. We left one hour after arriving. I couldn’t breathe in that room. Lost our money, but at that point, didn’t care.

It's a very clean, peaceful and centrally located hotel. I would definitely recommend this place

The staff is very helpful and there's plenty of free parking. You can board the city tram right outside the hotel. Omelet, potatoes, bread, butter, coffee, and waffle for breakfast. The swimming pool is clean and the breakfast place is huge, clean, and spacious.

If you want to have some fun, great food, see some beautiful art take a trip to Eureka Springs!

The room was excellent. The pool was amazing! I loved going downtown to the shops! Eureka Springs is so much fun! I want to go back! And the flowers were amazing!

Found everything to our liking. Really enjoyed the landscaping and walking paths.

The breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the quiche.

Could have had a few more hot foods.

Breakfast lacked any meat. Tea with room was difficult to get to or find.

Rooms were a little outdated. Couldn’t hook Wi-Fi the second night. Room keys didn’t work second night.

Location and staff were great. Pet friendly was the main reason I chose this property.

Entering the room the first thing I noticed was the smell. Musty and stale. Bathroom sink had numerous rust stains. Hair in bathtub, beds and pillows. Pillows and their cases were dirty and stained. Yes, I could have notified front desk but with all of these issues I realized another room would likely be just as bad and I knew my stay would be brief. Too bad, I really wanted to like this property.

Great value and they keep the property up. Highly recommend.

The manager had the heat turned on in our room before we arrived. It was cold in Eureka Springs the day we arrived! Such a thoughtful thing to do. Breakfast is good. Second time we stayed here. Will stay again.

Our toilet ran . Had to jiggle handle.
