Extremely Unhappy

The location is nice. The beds were at least comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were horrible and the rooms are small. Definitely overpriced for the value. I had to call someone to come get our TV to work. The toilet in my room sounded like it was running the whole time. Will not choose this hotel again ever.

Dreadful, incompetent staff, mildew ridden and uncared for

Check in took more than an hour in sweltering heat, requiring THREE changes of rooms due to thorough incompetence of staff with rooms not having what they said they had, or rooms being utterly dirty and mildew-ridden

pleasant place, clean, and accommodating to pets!

Accommodated my dogs, bright area to park my U-haul. I would recommend this place to to people with pets, younger people who want to be close to bars and down town.

my room was by the pool so it was kinda loud when people came and went. the fire alarm was set off by my shower steam. happened late but the front desk lady came quickly to resolve it (sorry to anyone who was rudely awakened). I did book last minute! I was traveling through and wasn’t sure of times I was going to be in a town, so room assignment wasn’t any fault of the hotel. PSA there is road construction downtown right now and you have to drive the back/side roads to get to the motel.

Sad neglected facility

Breakfast is good

The room was worn, looked like it had heavy use and needed a refresh. The door did not seal shut, could see daylight around the side and smell peaple smoking outside. Curtain had a broken curtain hook and let in light, had to get a maintenance person to look at it but could only make a temporary fix with a clip. The front desk was overwhelmed and didn't meet the needs of customers standing in front of the desk waiting to be helped. Way over price for what we got.

Was ok but surprised they even tried renting the first room. We had made reservations in April.

The staff gave us a room that wasn’t hampered by construction/renovation after we asked. .The first room wasn’t really acceptable. Hard to get to due to renovation and workers in the way, Parking was not convenient for the first room.

The first room location not desirable do to workers, machinery and no near by parking, also and no ice available. The toilet needs updated. Terrible flush.

Rooms across the street from lobby and check in....had to walk back across the street from room to get supplies for laundry, person checking us in knew there was parking in back of hotel but didn't seem aware that the rooms had doors both off main hallway AND off the parking lot.

I did not like anything about hotel. they put me in a room in dark area without any exposure to outside. I think it was the only room of many rooms available that was positioned so poorly. the lady at desk changed my assigned room to this dismal room

Pleasant

the hotel was unique and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

We traveled 5 hours with 3 teenage boys boys who were looking forward to swimming after sitting in a car half of the day. When we arrived, the pool area was being worked on and we were. it able to swim. The front desk clerk told us the pool was open but we found out it was not. very disappointing.

Mah, expensive. Went to the bar and was told they were closing early 6:30pm because it was slow. Bar was full of people. Shower is for people shorter then 5’6. not us

We booked early. However we were given the worst room in the complex. No view, the hall echoed and staff communication didn’t exist. The best person there was our shuttle driver.

Hygiene of breakfast staff, who reserved food if not eaten during breakfast. Rowdy guests all night, people using their keys to try and enter room from 10pm-2:30am.

The facility is nice.

The breakfast was poor. The staff brought food out to us. We had no choice in what we got. Biscuits were hard and eggs were cold.
