My key rarely worked properly and my room smelled like seeer gas the third day I was there.

This is a beautiful facility that needs some maintenance and a manager to run it that cares.

The bed was comfortable

The comforter was stained and the room smelled musty! The corners of all the room were filthy. The breakfast buffet was cold cold and the sausage were rock hard and cold.

Nice facility, clean, spacious, comfortable room & bed. A little bit older but very well maintained. Helpful staff. An excellent value.

A little bit older but kept up nice. Plus the older hotels generally have larger rooms. The newer ones are tiny.

You didn’t have me a room when I got there at 11:00pm. I waited until someone from management to help this poor worker.

WORST experience in a hotel we’ve experienced. Ruined our trip to Sheridan.

Nice lobby area

The pool and hot tub were closed as well as the restaurant, toilets and showers in both rooms leaked and water ran all night, AC didn’t work. Bathroom wasn’t clean. The hotel is in need of major repair.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great.

I booked a queen bed. I checked in late, around 7:00ish. The hotel was full that night, and they only had rooms with two double beds. What is the point of booking a room with a queen bed if when I get there they give me what is available. Grrrr

Key cards wouldn’t work (reader on the door probably was the problem). Coffee pot in the room didn’t work. They don’t serve breakfast in the winter Sun. & Mon.

Location and lobby area were very nice.

We were excited about the sauna to find out that it’s no longer in use and it was evident people were urinating in it due to its stench. The AC did not work. In the bathroom one of the light fixtures was broken and on the sink counter. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. Ice machine on our floor was not working. In the pool the ladder on the deep end was broken (huge safety hazard).

Check in took 30 minutes as I waited for the guy ahead of me to make split payment for the month of cash and credit. There was some issue with his total. There were two employees, but one was in training. I would expect the other to step up and help with my simple check in as it was booked online & already paid.
