cold. heater kept going off and on all night and never warming up. they include breakfast but there is not breakfast. only coffee and one muffin

Large enough freezer to freeze my cold packs for my cooler

Shower head & TP holder falling off the wall, hair clumps in shower & sink drains, our socks turned black from walking on the floor, "complimentary breakfast" consisted of fruit loops, corn flakes, room temperature milk & bad apples, filthy coffee maker.

Exceptional

The Relax Inn in Yreka exceeded my expectations. The room was bigger than I would have assumed from the pictures. They think of everything which you don't even get at any big motel chains: included were a microwave and a mini fridge. The staff was super nice and helpful and reacted to requests promptly. I could see they tend to the motel with love, care, and consideration for their guests. I stayed only for one night and could not take advantage of the breakfast, as I was leaving early, but the mere fact that there is breakfast included for this price is a bonus! My car could be parked right in front of the room. I would return again.

The Wifi was very spotty.

everything. there as a possible prior bed bug infestation. the room was dirty. they lied about the breakfast (it was a sugary pastry and cheap coffee). the room was FILTHY I had to clean my room myself. it was so bad that i wanted to leave but since it was so late I was too tired to even find another hotel. the manager seemed like I was bothering her for asking for another wash cloth. overall I rate it a 1 and would not recommend

real nice to have covered parking when it was raining in buckets. No stairs. pillows were good. they were awful at the motel 6 the previous nght.

I hardly have negative reviews but…

The plus sides are: you park your vehicle in a almost like open garage. There is a pool. The A/C and tv and lights work. Clean room and bed on your first night. When asked for clean towels they provide.

If you stayed more than one night they don’t take out your trash or replace dirty towels with clean towels. I’ve stayed at hotels to motels and never came across that before. And there were no warm or hot water coming from the faucet. When showering you get cold to barely warm water. And I did leave the water running to see if it would changed but didn’t. Pool was closed more than half our stay there.

A bunch of trash -like a goodwill drop off -right next to our room in a corner of the property. Why?!
