Il posto perfetto per fermarsi una notte in un lungo viaggio

Lo staff è stato impeccabile: cordiale, amichevole e di grande aiuto. La struttura è bellissima con una stupenda vetrata e vista sulla piscina. La colazione è il punto forte di questo albergo: la scelta è vasta, la qualità altissima e le omelettes vengono preparate sul momento. Purtroppo sono restata solo una notte, me ne sono andata a malincuore!

Great value for money. Spacious, clean, king sized bed.

The room was VERY spacious, clean and we got a king sized bed. It was perfect for what we needed and far better than expected for the price. It was super convenient to the motor way but not loud at all. The onsite restaurant was convenient and the burger was good. We expected less for what we paid. My husband had to do some work and there was a whole separate area with a desk and settee, making it everything that we needed for a good price.

The check in computers were SUPER slow - felt bad for the guy checking us in who was doing his best.

I needed a break from being stressed out. It was quite and I got some much needed rest.

Breakfast was delicious, but they couldn't keep the meat going. I was able to get everything else. But they kept running out of Breakfast meat. Surprisingly the grits was on point, somebody knows how to cooks grits. There was something for everyone. Thank you.

There was hair in the tub, but it was minimal.

Very disappointing to say the least! Will not book Best Western again.

Location was good

Pool was closed the entire stay. No apologies given. Asked for hotel recommendations near by that would have pool access (that is one of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the amenity of the pool) no recommendation was given; however we did overhear the "new side" of this hotel being offered to another guest?? Don't know what that was all about. The room was okay at best. Filthy ice bucket. We actually went out and bought ice and kept in our personal cooler! Grey towels (one was a little whiter but definitely dingy). Tissue box with one tissue in it. Had to ask the desk for a do not disturb door hanger and was given a magnetic piece that didn't even stick to the door.

Disappointing

Comfortable beds

On our arrival the hotel was very busy due to a college graduation. Breakfast on the first morning was non existent and like feeding time at the zoo. There was nothing left to eat at 8.40am, not even a slice of bread to make toast. Only one person doing an omelette station. My kids had no breakfast. On the second morning, breakfast was less hectic but there was no milk. I asked a staff member and she said the milk had run out!! This meant dry cereal for my children. The pool was also closed “for maintenance” for the duration of our 2 night stay. I asked and was told by reception staff that the pool would be closed for 2 days. I chose this property based on facilities. I wish I had just booked the HoJo for half the price, at least we would have got a pool. They could have even notified guests that morning that the pool would be closed and I would have checked out early. It was 90F and my kids had nothing to cool them down. Our room was ok, nothing fancy, but on arrival there was a pool of water on the bathroom floor and a stain under the toilet. It’s very disappointing how our stay went, the hotel looked great on the website and even on our arrival it looked fantastic. The sports grill in the hotel was a high point. The food and drink was great and not expensive at all, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great for a short trip!

Breakfast was nice with omelets and bacon. The hotel had plenty of parking and amenities seemed good. The bar was a plus!

The carpet was a little old and the room was a bit dated. I would love to have queen beds and not full beds.

All round very economical and enjoyable experience

Gorgeous building. Very clean and spacious. Great facilities. Lovely breakfast layout and arrangement with good food and cook preparing omelettes in person. Kind staff and all round great stay.

Loved the place. Suggestion perhaps: could the omelette cook prepare some fried eggs too?

Beautiful property; efficient check-in; very nice and comfortable room on upper floor as I had requested; great breakfast with good selection of options; and wonderful staff. Will definitely stay at this property again.

It was a wonderful experience all around. The breakfast was fantastic and included made to order omelettes! Wow! Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

I’d stay here again. It wouldn’t be my first choice but deff rate it above other places I’ve seen and seen reviews of.

honestly the higher rating was mainly because the overnight front desk staff named Bob made such a good impression on me when I was in a moment of stress and tiredness with my baby. He was very friendly and helpful and made me smile and felt valued when I needed it in that moment most. pool was convenient, free breakfast , gym ( didn’t get to use but nice to have), location was decent for what I needed it for, restaurant connected was awesome and so dang yummy , and quick check in and comfortable bed, quiet.

carpets were kind of gross and outdated , and some areas around the place needed some TLC or upkeep or just I don’t know.. more to it. aka the area by the stairs and hallway to the gym area. Felt very minimal and not much into it. I don’t mean it needs to be like some 5 star resort decor but it was just kind of dingy around.

there are better hotels to stay

the people are very nice and I like the layout of the building- lobby and breakfast area with pool behind. Breakfast is good. They had an omelette station this weekend which was a super nice tough.

not clean- found a dirty towel behind the bathroom door and the floor didn’t appear vacuumed. hallways and stairs also needed a good vacuuming. stair landing a good wash. sheets on bed had stains and yellowing. everything is old and dingy- needs a remodel. just a yuck feeling throughout.
