Nice Sleep In for a Great Price!

I loved the breakfast. Facility was clean. Rooms were very clean. Beds were clean. Staff seemed nice. My daughter was able to work online but needed a chair to sit on. When we first arrived, we noticed a chair was not at the desk. I informed front desk and a chair was brought to us. Hotel was close to restaurants as well.

I noticed the gym equipment needs to be replaced. Treadmill jerks and does not adjust properly, and weight machine was not working a well. I. feel the hotel needs to enforce stricter rules on smokers who smoke weed and cigarettes. On our floor, we noticed the scent just walking down the mid hallway. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The front desk clerk canceled my stay without a refund

I didn't like anything

The room smelled like mold, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, it took the front desk attendant an hour to find my reservation even after I presented him with the confirmation email. I didn't stay in the room and was told the front desk canceled my room. It's a terrible place to stay. It looks like a dump.

Not a good stay.

The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good.

The hotel is very much in need of a good clean. The musty smell was very overwhelming. There were cockroaches in our room. The staff changed our room and sprayed air freshener that smelled good for a little but was back again. There was no pool like the report said. The building was under construction where the pool use to be with only a tarp covering the walls. Not a great suggestion to stay at.

Worst stay ever

At first the check in lady was nice. She said that the manager would fix our reservation the morning. From 2 queen to a king.

Loud hall ways. Loud neighbors in the room. No breakfast. No pool. No accommodations for wrong room. No consideration for the ammennidies being listed incorrectly.

I only like the bed

I didn’t like that I was in a room that smelled really bad. I didn’t like it that I was in a room that was leaking water over the sink. I didn’t like it that I had to wait so late to get some fresh towers. The place needs to be renovated. Don’t want to stay there again.

Craig was helpful and eager to help when I needed anything. The housekeepers Catalina and the others were great, too.

The breakfast times from 6 am to 9 am. I think they should add meat to the selection and add an hour. The laundry room has one washer and dryer for the whole building. It would be nice if there were machines on each floor.

I like the area very well. Service is great, and customer service facilities are excellent and I would like to mention there's a very kind lady at the front desk she is wonderful 😀 her name is Sasha she is very happy and helpful to everyone. I'm very happy with the customer service. I will be back here again

Not as loud as others in area

Dirty, smells in room an hallway like mice and musty, looks bad outside need Reno, inside dark dingy, slamming doors at 3am every night-weird. Breakfast not good.

The front desk receptionist.

The room was too high for the quality to be very low. The smell of the hotel was horrible & the room smell as well. The shower curtain had dark little spots on it & the cover looked old for the bed. I will not be staying there ever again.

Disappointing

The view of outside. The staff was very friendly.

I was told there was a pool and ended up not being one at all. I believe it was overpriced and really wish there was a discount of what I spent. The breakfast was only cereal or waffles no other combinations of what I've gotten at any other place I've stayed.

Our worst experience in a Sleep Inn. We will not be staying here again.

Check in went well, the bed was comfortable.

Hotel needs updating. Cleanliness not up to what I have found in other Choice Hotels. Breakfast was meager. When we went to the breakfast room there was waffle batter spilled on the counter, it ran down the cabinet and on the floor. People walked in it and tracked it around. It was reported to the person at the front desk but he did nothing. It appeared it was not in his job description. There was nobody in the breakfast area to assist. Waffles were definitely not available. It was a mess. Customer service was not a priority. The area needed a good cleaning.

Awful ! For $120 you definitely can find way better !

nothing. trash in hallways, property trash cans full outside

old & dirty i had to get new linen both beds were full if stains that looked like Cheetos which means they don’t change the sheets after each stay ! the shower head fell off , All night we could hear people outside screaming and yelling this stay was so bad.
