Exceptional

We like how close it was to Silverwood and the value was well worth the cost! Great pool!

We wish there was coffee offered in the rooms or lobby for guests.

Superb

The recreation centre has a number of options including a 25 m salt water pool and a jacuzzi

There was a planned electrical outage during our stay. I wish the adult only swim time was in the evening, not in the morning when no one is in the pool anyway

The price I got for the room was great. The restaurant was just ok

The place had lots of stuff to do while you are there. The shower pressure was great. The bed was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Only one restaurant and it was closed two out of the three days we were there

I loved the rec center. Lots to do for kids and adults.

I liked the updates they’ve done to the property. staff was amazing!

the strip where the carpet met the tile in the kitchen area had some sharp pieces exposed. I believe it’s a simple fix to stretch and re-tack the carpet and cover the exposed strip.

StoneRidge Resort is amazing. We loved the location, size of rooms and how clean it was.

Beautiful and well kept

They said they didn’t accept pets but then I saw people with a dog and another with a kitten. We would’ve liked to have brought our dog who happens to be very friendly with excellent obedience. I respect their No pet policy but was surprised that a couple other patrons could have their pets.

Not much

Everything was cheap. All the finishes, carpets, bedding, etc were cheap. Ate at the pub/grill and service was poor and so was the food (burnt on top of that). To top it all off, we got sick later that night. It seemed like none of the staff wanted to be there, no smiles, just grudging service.

Rooms where clean and loved the Ceiling Van. And loved the AC unit kept kept me and my family nice and cool on the very hot days.

The pillows were worn out and flat.

It was amazing!

The beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hideabed - great mattress & comfort! The rooms were nicely decorated. Kitchens appliances were conveniently arranged. The units were cozy. We were able to borrow a blender. The extra storage closet was a plus although we didn't use it. The sports center was nice - we just didn't have time to use it.

The grandkids said it was perfect.

It's a very nice accommodation and it looks fancier than a normal hotel. A lot of amenities as well. The staff were friendly. We estimated our time of arrival online when booking the room between 12 midnight and 1:00 am, we arrives at 12:35 and someone was there with our paperwork and keys ready for us.

The location is a little farther away than I would have liked but the value and the comfortable atmosphere was worthwhile.

The perfect getaway!

Great for kids, super accommodating. Mini golf, pool , basketball court, tennis, set in a beautiful area. Well stocked suite. Honestly just amazing!

This was an amazing place to take a family.

We loved the rec center. The photos didn't do it justice. Sooooo many options for kids and young families.

The hotel is obviously a little older and there were things that were under repair. But most things have been nicely updated and everything was very clean.

ALL the amazing amenities and resort offerings. Super fun!

Pillows seriously need replaced and TVs are tiny and outdated as well as microwave.

Pleasant stay, like going to Blanchard with family.

Pool, hot tub and other facilities are good Staff is very friendly and helpful, willing to answer questions and add information helpful to area.

very beautiful and short walks to get to things.

wish there was a grocery type store ( just a small one ) on the property with just some general groceries.
