Only stay at this hotel if you have pets. None pet owners will hate it.

The desk clerk was really nice. He was willing to help with anything. It is a hotel that caters to animals. If you are traveling with your pet, this is the place for you.

The place smelled like urine. If you don’t have pets, you do not want to stay at this hotel. We walked into our room and all I could smell was urine. It was musty and I had an instant headache.

While watching television a roach was going across the wall, I was a somewhat disturbed by this

Location was convenient for me

The staff took my towel and washcloth, I had to go to find staff to ask for these things two separate morning. I killed a ROACH in my room

Will not stay again

The staff was welcoming and friendly.

They didn’t have the room I booked well in advance. They put is in a double bed room when we asked for a single queen. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds because we could not sleep comfortably on one bed due to him being 6’. We also had our dogs traveling with us. The double bed room took away from the room they would have had in the room we originally booked to play after riding in the car.

Safe, comfortable place to stay

The second room was nice. My original room smelled like cigarette smoke being covered by heavy perfume

I didn’t like a $100 damage fee assessed on check in to be reimbursed. It has been a long while since I stayed at a hotel. When the damage fee is larger than the room charge, I have issues. The free breakfast didn’t look worth it. I went to a nice place for a real breakfast

I arrived shortly before noon hoping to get an early check in after driving all night, but was told there were no rooms

I’d stay here again, definitely.

The staff on ALL shifts were EXCEPTIONAL!! Everyone was friendly, nice and truly wanted to make sure we were taken care of.

Lack of breakfast options. Cooked proteins, eggs and fruit would be great for those who cannot have carbs.
