I was only there for one night,but I have no negative experience,It was quiet and pleasant

The bathroom could use some upgrades, but the rest of the room looks pretty nice,very clean and comfortable

It was near the interstate

That we were offered and paid for late check out at 4 and still had our sleep disturbed with housekeeping knocking on the door and the front desk calling. Got in at 7a that morning and couldn’t get the sleep we came there to get before getting on the road to go home.

Disappointing .

Breakfast is good .

Smells like marijuana in the whole hotel. I checked out by dropping my keys off in the check out box. No one was at the front desk. They charged me for another night of stay!

Value of room was not on par with the amount charged

Did not have breakfast. Location was fine.

The bathroom was not we’ll maintain (toilet dirty, shower curtain torn, shower handle “modified “ with toilet paper to keep it in place, bed less that comfortable)

Bad liars racist against their own people

When I got there the hotel was already paid for but the lady said she needed a card on file. She also said I wasn’t going to be charged when she put the info in I got a bank alert saying she tried to charge it. When I asked about it she said “ because you booked through the booking they didn’t pay for the full room, it’s also like that . I didn’t tell you because I didn’t want to argue” they also made up some excuse about the key machine not working so I couldn’t get a key made. After I drop my stuff off, I left the hotel only to come back to them with my belongings behind the desk. The reason was “you weren’t all the way checked in” when I got to my room I noticed someone came in while I was gone and taken a shower leaving the wet rag in the tub. I don’t know if I got this treatment because I’m a black male or what but it’s weird because the white couple with me did the same thing got there at the same time and left at the same time but nun of their belongings were bothered they didn’t have to present a card for incidentals either

One time visit to this place.

Staff was great

Bed wasn’t made properly, mold in the bathroom, the couch is old and worn out and dirty. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and smelled wet. The pool was not clean at all. I just needed a nap because I was traveling it won’t happen again. I will not stay here again.

It was worth the price due to room quality and a better than normal hot breakfast.

I was pleased by the relative cleanness of the room. Reviews had not given the top cleaners awards. Therefore I had brought my own pillow. Country Inn and Suites has a good reputation to I booked because of the value and price of the room.

Met my need of an economically priced roo

I didnt eat breakfast. I was there for surgery.

The bathroom tub dripped constantly. The toilet ran constantly. The tub area had mold. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as did the whole floor when we exited the elevator.

The room was cute and had a pool and gym.. Also breakfast was ok. We may stay again maybe not.

The ac didn't work well and the room kinda smelled of mold from the ac. Also the pool was a bit dirty which my kids only swam a short period I however didn't get in. The pillows sucked as well.

The young woman who checked me in was amazing! She was so kind and very professional!

The location was perfect! the area was very nice!

The bathrooms need to updated, the hair dryer was covered in markers, the chair in the room was broken and the fabric was stained and filthy.

Musty Smells

Location, beds were comfortable.Friendly day staff.

Night desk lady got an attitude when we told her we booked a room on line with " double beds", and she tried to give us a room with a king size bed and a couch with stains on it! Not acceptable! However, after going back and forth with her,we got our room with double beds, also Halls and rooms had an old musty smell to them, needed to bed aired out and sprayed with air freshner.

Second night I got off work had a leak in my room from upstairs. I to go to another room. The last morning I was there there was breakfast other than cereal and fruit the lady I know was by herself and a little busy doing front desk as well. But the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful 😊

can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet. The staff was very accommodating too. We were a group of 25.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the current renovation has only reached the paint/curtains… nothing else yet.
