America's Best this! I hope it is not your standard!

Sketchy parking lot and outside needs severe updates . I have to say the front desk was staffed and impeccable service received. I was not happy with the breakfast offered desk, which suggested a restaurant nearby, which was a nice choice. 😉 overall price was good I just am wishful thing of such a prestigious hotel chain they cannot afford a few upgrades!!

Parking is not safe and needs more lighting and updated lot. 🙄 air was wonky in the room. Seems rather low-grade updates have been done. Breakfast consisted of grab no go breakfast granola bars. Coffee was good it's just rather subpar. The office, It was not cool for workers 😑 and it was rather dark. I'm sure it helps with the heat... again, the staff was great, but the whole experience tells me not to stay there unless there are no other options. Great for on-road traveling workers!!! They don't have my standards and probably dont care if they are the cleanest environments. Some might, just not most. 😉 America's Best is this really your best!!?

Not worth it

Clean sheets and towel. Friendly helpful desk attendant.

Tub was clogged and moldy. Shower curtain was moldy and there was no shampoo. Property was listed as breakfast but nothing in the room told the hours. There was nothing at 9:30 am.

We will not go back to that motel. $100 for squeezing floor and leaking air conditioning.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The air conditioning was leaking water onto the carpet. The floor was squeaking going into the bathroom. When I was at the sink and my husband had to go to the bathroom, I had to move very close to the sink so he could get by. We couldn’t get the tv to change channels. We called for help and had to leave a message on the answering machine and nobody called us back. We had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to get us checked into this not so nice room.

NOT America's best value

The first room we were assigned to had a non-functioning door, a foul smell within and was totally antiquated. The second room had an even worse smell, a scary bathroom and equally antiquated. At this point we decided to leave and go to a much nicer hotel which only cost $20 more. Wish I would have made that decision from the beginning.

Don’t waste your money.

Easy access to events in town.

Room was very messy, shards of trash and crumbs everywhere, mens facial hair all over the sink countertop, shower and tub dirty, stains on the bedding and breakfast included a granola bar and fruit cup. Very expensive for what it was. Would rather pay an extra $20-$40 and stay elsewhere.

Felt icky after staying there never again. Cost too much to stay. Feel ripped off.

The bed was comfortable.

Very dirty looking. Had to get different key cards then the second pair of key cards only one worked to unlock room door. Black mold in the bathroom calking around tub.

Very poor

The staff were very friendly and made check in fast and smooth. The location is beautiful.

The bathroom was dirty and disgusting. My bed was terrible.People upstairs running in the hall keep me up all night long. Humm maybe it was bears I was hearing last night, damn. Also it advertised as having a shuttle to the casino. Nope, that stopped over a year ago.

Got in late chose this place because offered full breakfast. On the road was a nice thought, Offered juices, instant oatmeal, a toaster but nothing to toast. Disappointed. Definitly older and a little run down but we slept well. over all review.

The location.

Room was not clean. Front door was broken and would not lock. I went to the front desk and told the lady behind the counter about all of this and she shrugged her shoulders and told me that the building is 57 years old and walked away.

Although my room wasn’t clean to my expectations, the staff made sure that I got a cleaner room.

Great location right off of the highway, staff was welcoming and helpful. A handful of food options near by.

Not very clean, seemed a bit out of date and run down. Area was a little sketchy.

Time capsule with the most messed up bed. It was a joke.

Location was easy to access.

Staff was rude, with false information such as there is no shuttle to casino, but it still is posted on website site and all over the building that there is. Our room was not very clean. UT the bead was the worst. It was a deformed old mattress that no one would take for free. It was basicly just two 10 inch deep troughs to sleep in. I wouldn't pay 20$ for the room if I knew what it was like.

Disappointing

Staff were very helpful and friendly when things changed unexpectedly. Close to a few food options and near the freeway so easy to get to!

The rooms and facilities needed updating, and both our blankets had holes in them from what looked like cigarettes. The whole area smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free facility.

room that was booked was not cleaned or had someone else in it. the breakfast consisted of broken granola bars and coffee. There were 6 foot icicles hanging above the parking lot and at risk of falling on people or vehicles
