Overall very good will come back for sure.

Property was in an excellent location and loved how we could take the elevator down to the riverwalk and it was walking distance to everything we needed.

Since it was on a major road you could hear cars at night from our 6th floor king room with a riverwalk view.

Worst stay at Hilton ever in 50 years

An industrial room... Very little light AC was not working No closet or amours Metal rack...was not tall enough..close we touching and leaning causing crinkling No counter space in bathroom.small lavatory and no shelf to place p personal items Upper level café had terrible service...got seated Ordered coffee water a d food. Got coffee and water but 25 minutes later No refills...zero food I have stayed at over 100 hyatts in the last 40 years. All over the globe. I have stayed at this one several times in the past BUT NOT AGAIN EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WORSE THAN A MOTEL 6

I understand that the downtown area is expensive but this one is pushing the value limits.

Didn’t have breakfast… a simple family breakfast would’ve cost over $150.

The place is nice but the stay is just too expensive, especially when you include $46 per night parking, mandatory concierge to use a luggage cart, no coffee in the lobby, etc. For the price, I would expect some complimentary service… even some decent coffee in the morning would’ve made a difference.

Mediocre hotel with rude and inhospitable staff.

Nice location

Old and antiquated building with very little natural light in the bedroom. Rude and inhospitable staff which made it an easy decision to stick with Marriott. I have never been treated so poorly by any property than I was here and I shall never darken the door of a Hyatt again.

We liked it because of its convenient location - but wished for a touch more comfort.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The location was great for the Alamo and the Riverwalk.

There was no “cozy” places to hang out with friends. The Lobby was a gigantic throughout fare - very spacious but no small gathering places.

Modern Gem

Clean, updated, and spacious Atrium suite for family of 5. There is no carpet in the room!! Beautiful lobby and secure (room key required) elevators and lobby bathrooms for safety. The breakfast buffet was high-quality and included a make your own omelette station! Hyatt Regency on riverwalk is now my go-to when I stay in San Antonio!
