Buena ubicación pero nada más

La ubicación es genial. El personal super amable. 200 mts de la primer entrada del riverwalk y del mall en donde está lego land.

El estacionamiento tiene costo extra, independientemente de los días que te vayas a quedar. No es de uso exclusivo de los huéspedes así que prepárate para caminar 100-150 mts a la entrada del hotel. Mi habitación (y la de otras 8 familias) estuvo lista hasta después de las 19:20 hs y el check out obvio antes de las 11. La señal de wifi es muy mala.

Mejor de lo que esperaba

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la cama muy cómoda y la presión del agua en la regadera era buena. Mantenían la alberca limpia y el horario era amplio para usarla. También cuentan con gimnasio. Vimos una calificación baja pero por mucho supero nuestras expectativas.

No nos dieron las amenidades (shampoo, jabón, etc.) hasta pasados un par de días y la limpieza de la habitación aunque sabíamos que sería cada tercer día, consideramos que hubiera sido mejor a la mitad de la estancia ya que nos quedamos 4 noches. A la hora del desayuno los elevadores estaban sucios y nadie les hacia caso hasta ya muy tarde.

El deposito fue mucho mas que el que mencionaba la app, reserve 8 habitaciones por un viaje de estudiantes y tuvimos que pagar $70 dólares por cada habitación rebasando la cantidad que mencionaba la aplicación y sigo esperando el reembolso del deposito de $560 dolares...

Decent but can do better.

Breakfast & location.

That our a/c didn’t work properly and our room stayed hot during the stay. Also that parking should be included with hotel instead of knowing at the time of payment.

Phenomenal location, great value and attentive management.

The location was right across the street from the convention centre making it extremely convenient. It was also only a few blocks away from the start of the riverwalk, making going out at night and seeing the sights very enjoyable. The staff were good and aside from small miscommunication regarding housekeeping (which management quickly rectified) the entire stay was pleasant and exactly what you would expect from a La Quinta

The pillows were not very good. This could be an entirely subject thing but we usually like our pillows a bit plumber and firmer.

Wonderful, will stay here next trip to San Antonio

Location within walking distance to Convention Center & other attractions. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, good value, good breakfast !

More variety to breakfast as we were served the same breakfast options daily.

Nice hotel in the heart of San Antonio.

Proximity to Riverwalk (walking distance).

Fairly average facilities and amenities. It was quite crowded with the pre-eclipse crowd who headed to San Antonio to see the total solar eclipse. Expensive daily parking.

Will not stay at another one!

The location

My card was charged 5 times for a 4 night stay. Each time I woke up another charge was made for almost $200.00 each time not counting the big charge for my room charge. I also was told that my room wouldn’t be cleaned unless I requested it to be done which I did on Saturday and it wasn’t cleaned until Sunday after 2:00

Not given what I had reserved!

Breakfast was great! As usual, warm and eating area clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Location of hotel is the best part of the stay.

What I didn't like was that I had booked a Junior Suite, through Booking.com and I was given a double room. It wasn't what I had reserved and wasn't told at check-in but yet I was charged for a Junior Suite. Everyone loves their own bed and we had to share a bed which were small, I had requested queen beds. When I noticed, I spoke with person at the desk and he was directed to either offer me comp parking or charge me for double room that he couldn't do both. We all know that it can be done. Regardless I was less than happy with the service this time around at La Quinta. Very disappointed.

Perfect couple's getaway for my wife's birthday.

The location is great. We've come here for years, primarily because of where it is in proximity to sights, shopping, etc. We use valet parking, and the attendants are always so spot on. Quick and efficient. The hotel was especially busy, but they checked me in quickly (even a little early) despite the rush of people in town for conferences and a sporting event. While my wife and I were relaxing before dinner out, we noticed that the TV remote wasn't working. I contacted the front desk, and they sent a maintenance worker within minutes to get us going. I always enjoy a nightcap at the bar in the lobby before turning in, and the pool and hot tub is nice too. Breakfast in the morning is awesome.

Clean, great value, and great people

This La Quinta location is excellent. 2 blocks from the Riverwalk & Alamo. There is a mall very close too. It is very clean! This location is heavily staffed with great people always ready to help if you need it. Parking on site is a big plus. it was well lit, and staff occasionally walked through the lot. There are the normal amenities mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, in the room. They have a great selection at breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, and fresh fruit. Big dining area to sit. I know I'm forgetting things, but this is the place to stay downtown SA!

Everything was great.
