The breakfast was not what was advertised the door to the bathroom did not shut and lock. I was charged a $50 deposit twice on my credit card that has yet been refunded.

Room was actually very clean and staff was outstanding. It’s just a poor location.

Location sucks. Breakfast is cheerios and waffles. Staff was awesome!

Breakfast, parking, location, smokers on the balconies. This is a construction worker motel. Formerly a Motel 6 and it was bad when it was a Motel 6.

Disappointing

The milk was spoiled, the pool was after 9:00 am and it remained closed. I honestly don't like it!!!

I will stay here again when she has to go to the doctor in Round Rock again.

That man at the front desk was very friendly. The swimming pool was very clean and the whole property was well taken care of.

I did not like the location very much but that was okay. It worked out well for where I had to go I picked it because it was close to my daughter's doctor's appointmand the cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for it.

It was close to where we needed to be, and wasn't super expensive.

The room had bugs. We would have left the first night but we had nonrefundable rooms.

While booking, I was under the impression rooms were located inside the building, not outside. I was very thrown off by

staff was friendly, several restaurants/ food options nearby. conveniently located near Highway for easy access.

crazy busy weekend and was glad to have a clean comfortable place to go to at the end day

Would not recommend this motel for anyone.

Coffee was good

Floor was flooded in first room. No hot water or heater in second room.

overall very nice if traveling with pets.

it’s in a nice area with lots of things around. really clean

the sink clogged up and the toilet broke during our stay

The parking spaces to the south are too small. They once had compact cars written on the pavement but now it can barely be seen. Another customer damaged my vehicle and I’m extremely upset about it. Talked with General Manager but he informed me that your company is not responsible for damage. I will not stay there again due to this.
