I'll never return. Spend the extra dollars and save yourself a headache and smell.

Price, but after staying, it felt over priced. I asked for a new room, they were sold out and offered a refund.

Small Room, hallways and room entryway smelled horrible. Probably cheap cleaning products or dirty mop water. Gross. Back door propped open (even though it has key entry), not very safe. People are partying in and outside the hotel, relatively loud and busy. Smoke detector was taped up by previous people, maintenance laughed it off. Obviously rooms have been smoked in, and you can tell.

Horrible customer service

Nothing, we didn’t stay. They sold our room. I tried calling to ask about late check in. I mentioned that the room was under my husbands name and automatically became dismissive towards me. I said ok I’ll see if my husband can call. Since my husband does not know English and was stuck at work. I asked since they couldn’t give me information, what was the latest we could check in. They replied 1 am. So I figured he didn’t need to call anymore since we were planning on arriving a little pasa 10 pm. We get there and they told him there was no room even though you had already charged us.

would not recommend this place with this manager . was very rude and disrespectful towards customers

the location made it a easy choice to stay at for our group.

the manager was very rude towards us and the other people in our group. we stayed the first night in a room that flooded from the bath tub. and the front desk closes at 11 at night. so we had water in our room and had to use all our towels to stop the water from going everywhere. when I notified the manager in the morning, her first response was what did we do to flood her room. then she didn’t believe us that it happened so she made me fill the tub again. just to see for herself. so when I asked for a discount she refused and said she would move us in to another room. but that if I complained then we would have other problems, so first off I don’t like being told I make stories up, and second off I don’t like being threatened by a general manager at your hotel because I asked for a discount being that we couldn’t shower the first night. then she told my friends when they checked in that she was just going to clean that room and resell it to someone else.

Just a Mess

Nothing. Entry was small, crowded, and a wet mess. Their systems were down and we couldn't even check in. We ended up having to stay someplace else.

The condition of the room and the services provided by management were unexceptable.

The location was half way between family members.

The kitchen was not furnished. Had to ask for dishes and utensils. Hot water worked for the tub but when switched to shower you only got cold water. We asked for either another room or repair the shower . WE WERE IGNORED , no feed back provided although the room next door remained empty and the occupancy rate remained low throughout our 4 day stay. No ice was available. The internet site said breakfast was included but they only had coffee, granola bars & small muffins. (No milk, juice, yogurt or oatmeal, etc.) There were no handicap provisions except for a ramp. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but were not authorized to make decisions. If management were as helpful perhaps our stay would have been acceptable, even given all the other issues.

It was a lovely environment that needs cleaning.

The staff was great and very accommodating! The location is also quite good, not too noisy for being next to the highway and plenty of emergency shopping stops near by.

It was not very clean, there was hair on the floor and stains on the bed (not the sheets, those were clean). It could use a bit of a more thorough cleaning.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Never stay at this hotel. They don't care about their guests.

TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Attendant unavailable. She knew I was there but didn't want to help us because it was 11:30pm when we got there. She said we should have gotten there earlier. (We had a reservation). Waited 30 mins to get started with check-in. Then we got our room and found it full of trash, bed all torn up, TV on, had not been cleaned. Waited another hour to get it "cleaned" but was horrible. Bottom sheet not changed, had donut sprinkles all over it, no pillowcases, only 1 bath towel, no hand towels, no washcloths, no soap, no shampoo, carpet was not vacuumed. Tried to get towels but attendant was not at desk (for the whole night) and refused to come out of hiding in employee break room to help us. It was past 1am by now. I finally barged in to employee break room and demanded towels. She said she would not help me because I wasn't nice to her, because I lost my temper. Who wouldn't? She said I couldn't have any towels and threatened to call the police on me if I didn't stop bothering her. I attached a picture below showing the pillows we were provided with NO PILLOWCASES. Attendant didn't care and said I should be thankful to her for cleaning the room.

I didn't like anything about it they have fugitives and the whole hallway smells like weed the whole time we were there.

Booking.com late check-in was a disaster.

I didn't like many things...

I booked a room with booking.com. The front desk lady didn't know how to use the computer and she told me they don't have a room for me. "No room, no room!!". She was kind of rude too and didn't know English well. I talked her into cleaning one of the dirty rooms which she did. I slept ok. "Breakfast" had only hot water and porridge bags, coffee and muffins. Worst thing was the check in fail.
