Decent price, horrible room

Had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to the window to check men in . The room was suppose to be non smoking king but I was given a smoking double. The mirror was broken, the light in the shower area was broken had to use the toilet with door open as well as shower with door open. The room smelled of roach spray and the TV would not connect to the Internet so I was unable to watch TV.

Overall well kept facility, newly remodeled. Clean bathrooms, nicely done overall.

Front office staff rude, no apologies for pool not open (no explanation), it was 113F at 7PM. He suggested that I should have called in advance if that was important....??? He also made snide reference for using third-party booking site instead their own.....

Hidden gem!! Very well kept. Very comfortable. Big room. Great shower. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Very comfortable. Reception staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Awful!!!!

I liked that it was convenient and the city center.

I didn’t like that the pool was closed and green, no security lock on the door. Torn carpet and a huge brown/old bloody stain. I woke up in the morning to an infestation of jumping brown bugs around the counter that looked like mites. I’ve thrown all my clothes away and my brand new bag because I had zero idea what they are. I’d much rather sleep in my car and shower in a truck stop because at least I wouldn’t get attack by bugs.

The rate. The easy walking distance to Burgers and Beer.

Not in the best area. Door top lock doesn't lock. Tape at bottom of door. Only 1 shower towel. No USB plug for watch or phone. TV a bit blurry when starting. Took a while to get out working.

Wi-Fi went off and on sporadically, was too weak to stream when it did work, cigarette smoke was coming into my room from outside

the shower head leaked and the wifi signal strength was weak, so couldn’t always connect to wifi.

Love that I had family accommodations. I love the fridge raider in the microwave. Great area everything is right around the hotel.

considering where it is in general hot and horrible everything else is extremely nice my kids feel safe it’s comfortable love the location

The beds were very comfortable, and the stay was ok. We had an ok experience.

The manager was not very friendly. He was extremely pushy. We smelled Marijuana when the cleaning staff knocked on our door. Someone tried entering our room in the middle of the night, which was frightening.

Really Hot 🔥

Absolutely nothing

Pool out of order. Outdoor temperature Was 106, inside room was 110. Air conditioner was off when we arrived. Left and got another hotel. Shower was filthy also.

Great value for a comfortable room

The room was nice for the price. It had one of the biggest small refrigerators I've seen in a room, and it even had fairly large freezer! The bed was comfortable and so was the desk chair. I could park quite close to the room because there are plenty of spaces. Although it's a few minutes from the freeway, I think it was worthwhile because the room was probably nicer than one at the same price along the freeway.

The booking.com listing didn't say that the king room I reserved was a smoking room. Luckily the person who checked me in asked if I really wanted to smoke and was able to give me a non-smoking queen room.
