It’s amazing. Staff went out of their way to assist us. Spoke to us and talked with the kids. Always friendly

Toilet stopped up, went to call the front desk, phone didn’t work. Walked down to front desk, was told they did not have anyone there to take care of it. Was asked if I wanted a plunger to take care of myself.

we did see multiple small roaches in our room.

It was ok. People were nice. Just expected a little better for that price.

Coffee was excellent.

Light in bath did not work. Remote for TV, battery cover broken. Dusty behind the night stand.

Fast check in

Advertise continental breakfast. Only had coffee to drink. Asked for water or juice was told they didn't have any. Not a coffee drinker. Only cereal and muffins for breakfast. Paid $110 plus tax. Approx $120. Red roof advertised on fb $58. Not sure why we paid so much Sketchy location. Would not have stayed without my husband there

Property upkeep and maintenance is too long deferred and in need

Only recommend for one night stand, for people passing through

The location between Austin and San Antonio

Cigarettes burns on the bedsheets, water leak from the toilet, restroom floor tiles were lose and sharp, Door locks where lose and ready to break, room service wasn’t done in any of the days and even when requested

Don't think you will get a NON. SMOKING ROOM EITHER

Found crack pipes in drawers an sheets were nasty changed rooms. TERRIBLE NOT RECOMMEND!!!AND NOT FOR CHILDREN TO STAY THERE VENDING MACHINES EMPTY FILTHY PLACE

I like that the facility was pet friendly.

There were no coffee machines in the room. I also had a broken soap dish in my room with no tissues

The staff is very kind and willing to help you with any issue you may have. Excellent option for a short stay in San Marcos.

Cleanliness could be way better—the carpet and floor look old and dirty. One night we found a cockroach in our bedroom.

friendly staff, hard wood floors/ no dirty carpet, coffee in lobby at breakfast time was good. Surprised about large dogs but didn’t bother me.

pillowcase was dirty, no coffee pot in room toilet would run off/on all night, loud noise when AC would turn off/on, very minimal breakfast.

Avoid this hotel

Guy at desk was pleasant. Hotel needs undating and repair.

Everything, nothing to like. Breakfast almost doesn't exist, coffee, maybe there was a roll, dry cereal. Couldn't eat what they had. No coffee maker in the room as they had said there would be. Price was triple than normal, door lock was broken, no one came to fix it. Finally, was able to close the door. Place was a mess, dirty public areas. It was one of the last rooms in the city, I was told last weekend before kids went back to school. So I paid $155 for a room that didnt even lock. Monday the rate dropped to 60. Worst room ever. Would have been better to sleep in the car in a walmart parking lot.
