You get what you pay for

Advertised breakfast included. They no longer offer breakfast and haven’t for a long time per the check in clerk. Ice machine and vending machine broken. Dirty carpet.

Horrible never again.

Nothing

It smelled. The hotel was dirty and had roaches. The air conditioner blew only hot air. Breakfast was supposed to be included but the front desk lady said they canceled all breakfast. Every ice machine was out of order. Very disappointing.

The rooms were clean, friendly staff. No complaints other than no breakfast.

Advertised breakfast, did not have it. Only coffee. But the coffee was good. Nice selection of creamer.

The customer service was amazing and I was very close to my venue. Restaurants were close.

The ladies at the front desk were simply amazing.

The toilet was nasty and loose at the floor. The shower had a bad odor. I didn’t alert the front desk because they were kind enough to get me a room on the bottom floor. The soda vending machine was out of order and the coffee pot had an out of order sign on it.

Very rude employees

The pool was closed!!! And there pool is why we wanted to stay there when I asked the lady at the desk where the pool was she got real snappy with me and raised her voice stating the pool is closed and wouldn’t be open for hours. She was really rude all in front of my family and stated she was the only one there and she couldn’t properly check the pool to open it. She Would not give me her name. And refused to refund or discount the room.
