Choose somewhere else.

The staff is friendly for the most part.

It’s filthy, key cards don’t work, couldn’t accommodate us sleeping never to a handful of rooms with barking dogs.

Find a different place

The room was disgusting. The carpet was soaked all around the AC. It smelled in there. Everything was stained. The floor molding was falling off the wall along where the AC is. The bathroom around the rib was all warped and moldy.

Overall great stay but not a fan of the pool.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Good AC. Clean, soft linens. Great location.

Swimming pool area had no lights. Dim and muggy and burned eyes from the chlorine. No fans in the room either. Very small pool. Light and ventilation would go a long way.

Good overall, but unresponsive to fix request

It was clean, comfortable and easily accessible to the freeway.

Two lightbulbs were out in the bathroom, one was required for the shower. Called the front desk- they said they’d look into it, but no one ever came, nor did they follow up with me. I don’t often shower in the dark, and this was one of the handicap rooms!

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable.

The address to this property takes you about 15 to the west into an open field via Waze and google maps. Someone needs to fix this. It was a real pain. Wanted to cancel my reservation but couldn’t. Went back to the Sleep Inn I had passed and wanted to see if they would honor my reservation. Low and behold this was the place after all. Told the lady my issue and she said many have complained about this. Someone then should fix it.

Decent room for the price, and nice employees

When we found our assigned room very dirty, they immediately changed us to a cleaner room. We were positioned near the elevator so my crippled husband could more easily walk to the car. Upon changing rooms, we left an important filter pitcher in the first room. I called, when we were already far away, and they found it and sent it (our cost 😏) to our next destination.

Amazing stay!

It was clean, comfortable, and bright enough! And the staff was polite. It was such a great stay experience!

The only downside is the location. It’s a bit far from the downtown. However, the city is not too big, so that’s not a big deal to me.

Great place when staying around Elk city

Rooms are large and comfortable with lots of amenities fridge microwave etc. also laundry facilities are available. Close to the highway convenient when travelling.

Disappointing

Breakfast was fine. Staff were fine. The shower was fine.

The sheets weren’t clean, the clock made odd noises all night, I could clearly hear voices in the next room, the road noise disrupted sleep.

Very uncomfortable will not use again when in area

Heat didn’t work in room. Temperature outside 29 degrees. Room was to be handicapped accessible. Toilet was not raised or provide extra seat for height. Asked for seat at desk none in hotel or other rooms. Had tub and not walk in shower. No other rooms able to move to with 2 queen beds or correct toilets.

Better than expected in every way.

The breakfast was wonderful, the best I’ve had in a long time, variety, quality food, cleanliness in the dining area, and it was available even before the allotted morning time. Staffing was great. Would stay there again most assuredly.

awesome room very happy with staff how ever there was mold in the shower.. but there has been mold in almost every hostel shower I’ve ever been to.
